 1. THIS IS A DIGITAL PROJECT, REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL
 PROJECTS OVER 25 PAGES OR FOR MASTER PLANS. IT IS NOT
 CLEAR WHY SOMEONE SUBMITTED ONE PAPER PAGE TO THE
 BUILDING DIVISION AS A RESUBMITTAL. ALL PLANS SHOULD BE
 UPLOADED IN CADD PRODUCED PDF FORM DIRECTLY TO
 PROJECTDOX. CONTACT [email protected] AND HAVE
 THEM REMOVE THE SCANNED PAPER PLAN. SCANNED PAPER PLANS
 ARE NOT OF SUFFICIENT QUALITY FOR A LARGE COMMERCIAL
 PROJECT, FBC 107.
  
 2. BUILDING REVIEW REQUIRED THAT PAGES BE MOVED FROM
 SIGNATURE FOLDER (DOCUMENTS WHICH DO NOT GET STAMPED
 AND ISSUED) TO THE DRAWINGS FOLDER. I DO NOT SEE THAT
 HAS BEEN DONE. SEE ALL COMMENTS FOR ALL TRADES AND
 ADDRESS ALL COMMENTS. SINCE EACH REVIEW CYCLE TAKES
 WEEKS, THE LOGIC OF SUBMITTING ONE DOCUMENT AND NOT
 ADDRESSING ALL COMMENTS IS NOT CLEAR.
  
 3. APPLICANT HAS BEEN ADVISED THAT SEPARATE PERMITS FOR
 EACH BUILDING ARE REQUIRED. SUBMIT AT THIS TIME.
 PERMITS CANNOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PERMIT APPLICATIONS
 AND A SEPARATE PERMIT FOR EACH STRUCTURE IS REQUIRED.
 NO FURTHER REVIEWS WILL BE DONE WITHOUT PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS. PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION VALUE FOR EACH
 PERMIT. THE FEES WILL BE MOVED FROM THIS MASTER PLAN
 REVIEW (WHICH IS ***NOT*** A PERMIT) TO THE PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS. EACH APPLICATION MUST BE ROUTED TO REVIEW
 WHEN THE MASTER PLAN IS CLOSE TO ISSUANCE.
  
 4. APPLICANT IS TO CORRECT NAMING CONVENTION ISSUES BY
 COORDINATING WITH THE PERMIT LIBRARIANS. FOR INSTANCE,
 THERE ARE TWO PAGES WITH THE PREFIX 18, BOTH NAMED ROOF
 FRAMING DETAILS. IT APPEARS THAT THE ONE UPLOADED ON
 4/9/21 WAS NOT NAMED CONSISTENTLY WITH THE OTHER PAGES,
 BUT THIS IS FOR THE APPLICANT TO DETERMINE WHICH PAGES
 SHOULD BE IN REVIEW. IF THE TWO PAGES ARE BOTH NEEDED,
 THEY SHOULD NOT BOTH BE NAMED WITH THE SAME PREFIX (CAN
 BE 18.1,1 18.2).
  
 5. A MASTER PLAN IS USED PRIMARILY TO ISSUE SINGLE
 FAMILY HOMES. THE INTENT FOR THIS "MASTER" IS NOT
 CLEAR. WILL THEY ALL BE BUILT CONCURRENTLY? PERMITTED
 AT DIFFERENT TIMES? PLEASE CONTACT ME TO DISCUSS.
