 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 NOTE: NEED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE HEAT SOURCE
 FOR NEW BEDROOM #3 AND ROOM FACING THE BEDROOM. THIS
 WAS REQUESTED BY THE MECHANICAL PLANS EXAMINER. I
 DIDN'T SEE ANY INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 REQUIREMENT. IF USING WINDOW UNITS, THEN NEED DEDICATED
 OUTLETS (220 OUTLET MAY BE REQUIRED). SEC. R303.10
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 RESPONSE:
 MECHANICAL PLANS EXAMINER COMMENTS STILL HAVE NOT BEEN
 ADDRESSED. AT THIS POINT IT IS NOT KNOWN IF THE
 SPECIFIED EQUIPMENT IS ADEQUATE TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED
 HEAT IN THE NEW HABITABLE AREAS. NEED HEATING
 CALCULATIONS AND EQUIPMENT SPECS AS REQUESTED TO THE
 ENGINEER BY THE MECHANICAL REVIEWER.

 ARCHITECTS WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN
 PROFESSIONALS DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT
 NECESSARY, IN ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE
 TIMES FOR FAILURE TO CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION
 SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY NOTED IN EACH REJECTION,
 INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION,
 STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY, ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING,
 VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS
 SYSTEMS, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO
 CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH
 TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED
 FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION, A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT
 OF THE PROPORTION OF THE PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS
 REVIEW

 VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 VALUATION IS FOR ALL WORK SHOWN ON PLANS THAT WAS DONE
 WITHOUT PERMITS. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION AS REQUIRED, INCLUDING
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.

 REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED. VALUATION WAS NOT
