 SYMBOL. IT IS NOT CLEAR IF THIS IS AN SMOKER DETECTOR
 AND CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM COMBO. AND, THERE IS A NOTE
 STATING "CARBON WITHIN 12' OF BEDROOMS". NOT CLEAR
 ABOUT THIS NOTE. IS IT GOING TO BE CARBON MONOXIDE
 ALARM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE BEDROOMS AS SHOWN ON
 PLANS?. ALSO, ACCORDING TO SEC. R315.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL
 CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS NEED TO BE AT LEAST 10 FEET FROM
 EACH BEDROOM NOT 12 FEET. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 3) NOTE: NEED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE HEAT
 SOURCE FOR NEW BEDROOM #3 AND ROOM FACING THE BEDROOM.
 THIS WAS REQUESTED BY THE MECHANICAL PLANS EXAMINER. I
 DIDN'T SEE ANY INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 REQUIREMENT. IF USING WINDOW UNITS, THEN NEED DEDICATED
 OUTLETS (220 OUTLET MAY BE REQUIRED). SEC. R303.10

 TYPE OF WINDOWS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH TH EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. AT LEAST
 ONE WINDOW NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS.
