 61G15-23.001 FAC AND CHAPTER 471 F.S. WHEN SUBMITTING
 PLANS/DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
  
 2- ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS, NEW BEDROOM #3 IS LOCATED
 WHERE THE PORCH USED TO BE. THERE ARE NO CITY RECORDS
 SHOWING PORCH ALTERATIONS. NEED TO SPECIFY SIZE AND
 TYPE OF WINDOWS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH TH EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. AT LEAST
 ONE WINDOW NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS.
 SEC. 504 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING.
  
 3- SHOW ON THE FLOOR PLAN THE LOCATION OF CARBON
 MONOXIDE ALARMS FOR ALL BEDROOMS, INCLUDING EXISTING
 BEDROOMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R315.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 SEC. 504 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING.
  
 4- SHOW ON THE FLOOR PLAN THE LOCATION OF SMOKE ALARMS
 FOR ALL ALL BEDROOMS, INCLUDING EXISTING BEDROOMS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R314 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 SEC. 504 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING.
  
 5- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 VALUATION IS FOR ALL WORK SHOWN ON PLANS THAT WAS DONE
 WITHOUT PERMITS. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION AS REQUIRED, INCLUDING
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
