 BOTH STRUCTURES MAY REMAIN ON ONE SET OF PLANS. PERMITS
 WILL TRAVEL TOGETHER.
 VALUE OF THE CABANA HAS BEEN CALCULATED TO BE
 $36,478.00 PER THE ICC BUILDING VALUATION TABLES,
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE IIIB.

 1B) BLDG. CLASSIFICATION IS SINGLE STORY, SINGLE FAMILY
 RESIDENCE.
 1C) ALLOWABLE BLDG. HEIGHT IS 30 FEET.
  
 2. PROVIDE A SURVEY.
 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED
 WITH THE APPLICATION FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY
 A SITE PLAN SHOWING TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE,
 DISTANCES FROM LOT LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES
 AND THE PROPOSED FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE
 PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD
 AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT
 SHALL BE DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND
 INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY.
  
 3. PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN.
 FBC R401.3 SITE DRAINAGE
 PROVIDE A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD.
 LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM
 FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6
 INCHES WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET.
  
 4. PROVIDE A SOILS REPORT.
 FBC 1803.1 GENERAL. GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS SHALL
 BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1803.2 AND
 REPORTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1803.6. WHERE
 REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL OR WHERE GEOTECHNICAL
 INVESTIGATIONS INVOLVE IN-SITU TESTING, LABORATORY
 TESTING OR ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS, SUCH
 INVESTIGATIONS SHALL BE CONDUCTED BY A REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL.
  
 5. PROVIDE A PALM BEACH COUNTY IMPACT FEE QUESTIONAIRE.
 SEE COMMENTS UNDER IMPACT FEE REVIEW.
  
 6. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR WINDOWS EXT. DOORS AND
 BAHAMA SHUTTERS.
 FBC 107.3.4 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE
 PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC RULE 9N-3 REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
  
 OPTION: DEFERRAL OF PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 7. A SEPERATE ROOFING PERMIT IS REQUIRED. SEE COMMENTS
 UNDER ROOF REVIEW.
  
 8. FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION.
  
 PLAN PAGE E101 STATES THE MEP EQUIPMENT SHALL BE
 LOCATED ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE). THIS
 PROPERTY IS NOT LOCATED IN A SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA
 (SFHA) AND DOES NOR HAVE A BFE.
 PLAN PAGE A101 STATES FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION SHALL BE
 18.0' NAVD (18" MIN. ABOVE CROWN OF ROADWAY).
  
 FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION SHALL BE AT THE FOLLOWING
 MINIMUM:
  
 FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION NON-FLOOD ZONE
  
 R403.1.7.3 FOUNDATION ELEVATION.
 ON GRADED SITES, THE TOP OF ANY EXTERIOR FOUNDATION
 SHALL EXTEND ABOVE THE ELEVATION OF THE STREET GUTTER
 AT POINT OF DISCHARGE OR THE INLET OF AN APPROVED
 DRAINAGE DEVICE A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES (305 MM) PLUS 2
 PERCENT. ALTERNATE ELEVATIONS ARE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO
 THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, PROVIDED IT CAN
 BE DEMONSTRATED THAT REQUIRED DRAINAGE TO THE POINT OF
 DISCHARGE AND AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE IS PROVIDED AT
 ALL LOCATIONS ON THE SITE.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
