 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES A VALUE OF
 $8,000.00 DOLLARS, THIS IS EXTREMELY LOW AND NEEDS TO
 BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY, A 2ND REVIEW SHOULD NOT BE
 COMPLETED UNTIL A REALISTIC VALUE IS GIVEN. THE

 MORE THAN 4 INCHES HORIZONTALLY INTO THE CIRCULATION

 3D) SPOUT OUTLETS/ DRINKING FOUNTAINS. 2017 ACCESS.
 CODE. SPOUT OUTLETS SHALL COMPLY WITH:
 602.4 SPOUT HEIGHT. 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND FOR WHEELCHAIR BOUND INDIVIDUALS.
 602.7 SPOUT HEIGHT FOR THE STANDING PERSONS SHALL BE
 BETWEEN 38 TO 43 INCHES ABOVE FINISH FLOOR.
  
 4A) LAVATORIES AND SINKS> 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR
 COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 4B) 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH,
 AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 4C) 606.5 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY &
 DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST
 CONTACT.
  
 4D) CLEARANCES AT WATER CLOSETS. 604.3 CLEARANCE.
 CLEARANCES AROUND THE WATER CLOSETS AND IN TOILET
 COMPARTMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH 604.3.
 604.3.1. SIZE. CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 60 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE
 WALL AND 56 INCHES MINIMUM PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR
 WALL. NOTE THE MINIMUM BACK WALL MEASUREMENT SHOULD BE
 7-FOOT 1 INCH.
  
 4E) 603.3 MIRRORS. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. MIRRORS
 LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE 40 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR
 GROUND. MIRRORS NOT LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR
 COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF
 THE REFLECTING SURFACE 35 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE

 4F) GRAB BARS/ RESTROOMS> 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED
 TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT CENTERLINE.
  
 4G) 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 604.5.1 THE
 SIDE WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 42 INCHES (1065 MM) LONG
 MINIMUM, LOCATED 12 INCHES (305 MM) MAXIMUM FROM THE
 REAR WALL AND EXTENDING 54 INCHES (1370 MM) MINIMUM
 FROM THE REAR WALL.
  
 4H) 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 604.5.2 REAR
 WALL. THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 36 INCHES (915
 MM) LONG MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 WATER CLOSET 12 INCHES (305 MM) MINIMUM ON ONE SIDE AND
 24 INCHES (610 MM) MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
  
 4I) TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS. 604.7. THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER SHALL COMPLY WITH 309.4 AND SHALL BE 7 INCHES
 MINIMUM TO 9 INCHES MAXIMUM IN FRONT OF THE WATER
 CLOSET MEASURED TO THE CENTERLINE OF THE DISPENSER.
  
 4J) THE OUTLET OF THE DISPENSER SHALL BE 15 INCHES
 MINIMUM AND 48 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 AND SHALL NOT BE LOCATED BEHIND THE GRAB BARS.
  
 5A) WORK SURFACE HEIGHTS. 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5B)CHECK WRITING SURFACES. 2017 ACCESS. CODE 904.3.3
 CHECK WRITING SURFACES. WHERE PROVIDED, CHECK WRITING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.3HEIGHT.
 THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM
 AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5C) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACCESS. CODE 305.5
 POSITION. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, CLEAR FLOOR OR
 GROUND SPACE SHALL BE POSITIONED FOR EITHER A FORWARD
 OR PARALLEL APPROACH TO AN ELEMENT.

 EXTEND THE SAME DEPTH AS THE SALES OR SERVICE COUNTER

 COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 INTERPRETATION06/2020. IN RESTROOMS & SERVICE SINK
 AREAS EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH
 HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 6A) 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF
 SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT
 LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
  
 6B) 2509.1. WET AREAS. SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET WALLS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 1210.2.
  
 6C) 1210.2. FINISH MATERIALS. WALLS, BASE, FLOORS AND
