 AT THE NORTH EAST CORNER OF THE LOT. THERE IS NOT
 INFORMATION GIVEN ABOUT THE GRADE ELEVATION AT THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY. WHAT WAS THIS ELEVATION BASED ON?.
 WHAT IS THE GRADE ELEVATION AT THE PROPERTY LINE?
 IN ADDITION, AFTER REVIEWING THE REVISED SITE PLOT PLAN
 IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE SIZE OF THE LOT IS SHOWN AS
 55.90' X 100.00'. ACCORDING TO CITY PLAT RECORDS THE
 SIZE OF THIS LOT IS 54.9' X 100'.
  
 SINCE THERE IS DISCREPANCY ON THE SIZE OF THE LOT, A
 SURVEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW THE ACTUAL SIZE OF THE
 LOT AND TO SHOW THE ADJACENT GRADES TO VERIFY PROPOSED
 DRAINAGE. SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS.
