 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE 2 SUBMITTED PLANS WERE CREATED BY A DRAFTSMAN
 TOM CARDILLO. DRAFTSMAN CAN ONLY DRAW PLANS FOR SINGLE
 FAMILY DWELLING ACCORDING TO THE 2017 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION SECTION 107.3.4.3. UNDER THE CITY
 AMENDMENTS IF THE PLANS ARE NOT DESIGNED BY EITHER A
 ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER AND FALL UNDERNEATH THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN F. S. 471. AND 481 A CONTRACTOR
 MUST TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE AUTHORSHIP OF THE
 PLAN AS WELL AS THE RESPONSIBILITY. UNLESS THE
 CONTRACTOR IS LICENSED IN MORE THAN ONE TRADE THEY
 CANNOT DRAW PLANS NOR TAKE OWNERSHIP FOR ANY OTHER
 TRADE THAN WHAT THEY ARE LICENSED IN.
  
 THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DREW THE SET
 OF PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR
 OF THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME
 AND LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN
 AND PLANS DRAWN.
 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. PLEASE NOTE THE
 EXCEPTION TO ENGINEERED PLANS UNDER 471.003(H)
 ELECTRICAL/ PLUMBING/ MECHANICAL, 481.229(1)(C)
 (BUILDING) REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR FOR THAT TRADE THAT
 WILL BE LICENSED IN THAT TRADE, WILL ALSO BE THE
 CONTRACTOR THAT DESIGNS THE SYSTEM UNDER THAT TRADE.

 PLANS APPEAR TO BE DRAWN BY ONE INDUVIAL, THEY WOULD
 HAVE TO BE LICENSED AS A BUILDING, ELECTRICAL AND
 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT ALL THESE TRADES UNDER
 ONE SHEET.

 2A) THE AUTHOR OF THE PLAN NOTES HIS IS A BUILDING
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE III. THIS BUILDING IS A HIGHRISE, 19
 STORIES IN HEIGHT. THE 2017 FBC-B TABLE WOULD REQUIRE A
 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION TYPE I-A. PLEASE UPDATE THE PLAN.
  
 2B) THE SAME PLAN 1 OF 2 ALSO STATES THE OCCUPANCY TYPE
 AS 8 RESIDENTIAL. PLEASE REFER TO THE 2017 FBC-B
 SECTION 310.4, CONDOMINIUMS AND APARTMENTS (LONG TERM
 RESIDENCE, PRIMARILY PERMANENT IN NATURE ARE AN
 OCCUPANCY TYPE R-2. PLEASE UPDATE PLANS.
  
 2C) THE SHEET 1 OF 2 ALSO HAS A NOTE THAT THE
 ALTERATION LEVEL IS LEVEL 1 ALTERATION.
 LEVEL 1 IS DEFINED EXISTING BUILD. CODE 602.1 SCOPE.
 LEVEL 1 ALTERATIONS INCLUDE THE REMOVAL AND
 REPLACEMENT OR THE COVERING OF EXISTING MATERIALS,
 ELEMENTS, EQUIPMENT, OR FIXTURES USING NEW MATERIALS,
 ELEMENTS, EQUIPMENT, OR FIXTURES THAT SERVE THE SAME
 PURPOSE.
 LEVEL 2. 603.1 SCOPE. LEVEL 2 ALTERATIONS INCLUDE THE
 RECONFIGURATION OF SPACE, THE ADDITION OR ELIMINATION
 OF ANY DOOR OR WINDOW, THE RECONFIGURATION OR EXTENSION
 OF ANY SYSTEM, OR THE INSTALLATION OF ANY ADDITIONAL
 EQUIPMENT.
 UNDER THE SCOPE OF WORK PAGE 1 OF 2 FOR ELECTRICAL
 CIRCUITS ADDED AS REQUIRED. THIS IS RECONFIGURATION OR
 EXTENSION OF A SYSTEM. PLEASE UPDATE THE PLANS.
  
 2D) THE PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO IF THE 2 SHOWERS ARE
 BEING EITHER RECONFIGURED OR RE-TILED? THE PLANS ARE
 ALSO SILENT IF ANY FLOORING IS TO BE REMOVED AND
 REPLACED. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
