 1. A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR WINDOWS:
 REPLACING ORIGINAL OR SIGNIFICANT WINDOWS IS REQUIRED.
 THE NEXT APPLICATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 17, 2021 FOR
 THE MARCH 23, 2021 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING.
 PLEASE SUBMIT ALL MATERIALS (SITE PLAN, FLOOR PLANS,
 ELEVATIONS, ETC) IN ADDITION TO WHAT IS REQUIRED UNDER
 ?WINDOWS: REPLACING ORIGINAL OR SIGNIFICANT WINDOWS?.
 PLEASE EMAIL STAFF AT [email protected] FOR THE
 APPLICATION. THIS APPLICATION IS A PAPER ONLY PROCESS
 (DIGITAL COPIES ARE ALSO REQUIRED) AND IS SEPARATE FROM
 THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
  
 THE APPLICATION FEE IS $40.00.
  
 STAFF RECOMMENDS IN ADDITION TO WHAT WAS SUBMITTED WITH
 THE PERMIT, INCLUDE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION IN THE
 FORM OF THE WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE
 REQUEST THIS EXAMPLE VIA EMAIL.
 STAFF WILL NOT SUPPORT THE REPLACEMENT OF ORIGINAL WOOD
 WINDOWS WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION FROM AT LEAST TWO
 EXPERIENCED WINDOW RESTORATION INDIVIDUALS AND/OR
 COMPANIES STATING THAT EACH WINDOW IS BEYOND REPAIR AND
 THEREFORE MUST BE REPLACED.
  
 2. REVISE THE HORIZONTAL ROLLER TO PAIRED SASH WINDOW.
 3. THE PERMIT VALUE EXCEEDS 50% OF THE IMPROVEMENT
 VALUE OF THE PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH CURRENT LANDSCAPING PROVISIONS PER SECTION
 94-442(C)(2) A. SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. PLEASE
 SPEAK WITH RAY CARANCI ? SENIOR LANDSCAPING PLANNER -
 [email protected] TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH CURRENT
 LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENTS OR SUBMIT A LANDSCAPING
 PERMIT. ZONING REVIEW WILL NOT PASS UNTIL A LANDSCAPING
 PERMIT NUMBER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED AND PAID FOR OR, PROOF
 HAS BEEN SUPPLIED TO THE SENIOR LANDSCAPING PLANNER THE
 PROPERTY COMPLIES WITH THE CURRENT LANDSCAPING
 REQUIREMENTS. A CONDITIONAL APPROVAL FOR LANDSCAPING
 WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION. IT IS INCOMPLETE.
 THE CONTRACTOR MUST SIGN IT AND HAVE IT NOTARIZED.
  
 STAFF RECOMMENDS ADDRESSING THE COMMENTS ABOVE BEFORE
 SUBMITTING A COA APPLICATION. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
 DURING STAFF?S REPORT OR BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
 MAY NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO A PERMIT BEING
