 2) PLEASE REVISE THE LIFE SAFETY PLANS - TO MATCH THE
 REVISED FLOOR PLANS PROVIDED.
  
 3) BUILDING IS NOT CONSIDERED A HIGHRISE - UNIT MARKED
 ST-1 AND ST-1 MOD - THE SLEEPING ROOM REQUIRES AN
 EMERGENCY EXIT. FBC 1030.1
  
 4) CAR CHARGING STATIONS FOR THE PARKING ARE SHOWN ON
 THE ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS BUT NOT ON THE ARCHITECTURAL
 FLOOR PLAN. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS ARE
 BEING INSTALLED - PLEASE SHOW THAT AT LEAST 1 OF THE
 CHARGING STATIONS IS A MARKED ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE,
 ACCESS AISLE, SIGNAGE ETC. ALLOWING ACCESS TO THE

 5) ARCHITECT NEEDS TO SPECIFY HOW THE WALLS BETWEEN
 UNITS AND SERVICE OR CORRIDOR AREA MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 1207.2 AIR-BORNE SOUND.
 WALLS, PARTITIONS AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES
 SEPARATING DWELLING UNITS AND SLEEPING UNITS FROM EACH
 OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A
 SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS OF NOT LESS THAN 50, OR NOT
 LESS THAN 45 IF FIELD TESTED, FOR AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN
 TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E90. PENETRATIONS OR
 OPENINGS IN CONSTRUCTION ASSEMBLIES FOR PIPING;
 ELECTRICAL DEVICES; RECESSED CABINETS; BATHTUBS;
 SOFFITS; OR HEATING, VENTILATING OR EXHAUST DUCTS SHALL
 BE SEALED, LINED, INSULATED OR OTHERWISE TREATED TO
 MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED RATINGS.
  
 6) THE ONLY CALCULATIONS FOR THE OPEN GARAGE
 VENTILATION PROVIDE ARE FOR THE 1ST FLOOR - THE
 PERCENTAGES ARE NOT SHOWN. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE OPEN GARAGE PER FBC 406.5.2 FOR
 NATURAL VENTILATION PURPOSES, THE EXTERIOR SIDE OF THE
 STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE UNIFORMLY DISTRIBUTED OPENINGS ON
 TWO OR MORE SIDES. THE AREA OF SUCH OPENINGS IN
 EXTERIOR WALLS ON A TIER SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 20
 PERCENT OF THE TOTAL PERIMETER WALL AREA OF EACH TIER.
 THE AGGREGATE LENGTH OF THE OPENINGS CONSIDERED TO BE
 PROVIDING NATURAL VENTILATION SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 40
 PERCENT OF THE PERIMETER OF THE TIER. INTERIOR WALLS
 SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 20 PERCENT OPEN WITH UNIFORMLY
 DISTRIBUTED OPENINGS.
  
 7) DRAWING A-4.8 - THE FINISH SCHEDULE NEEDS TO SHOW
 THE COMMON RESTROOM WALL FINISH TO COMPLY WITH (DRYWALL
 IS NOT CONSIDERED A HARD SURFACE) 1210.2.2 WALLS AND
 PARTITIONS.
 WALLS AND PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF SERVICE
 SINKS, URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS
 THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR, AND EXCEPT FOR
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIALS USED IN SUCH WALLS
 SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY
 MOISTURE.
  
 8) DRAWING A-4.8 CANNOT HAVE A WOOD BASEBOARD IN THE
 COMMON RESTROOMS - FBC 1210.2.1 FLOORS AND WALL BASES.
 IN OTHER THAN DWELLING UNITS, TOILET, BATHING AND
 SHOWER ROOM FLOOR FINISH MATERIALS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE. THE INTERSECTIONS OF SUCH
 FLOORS WITH WALLS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NONABSORBENT VERTICAL BASE THAT EXTENDS UPWARD ONTO THE
