 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) BUILDING PERMIT PLANS DO NOT MATCH THE PLANS
 APPROVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. CHANGES HAVE BEEN
 DETECTED (I.E. BUILDING FOOTPRINT, PARKING
 CONFIGURATION, SITE ELEMENTS, ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATIONS,
 ETC.). SUBMISSION, REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF A MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (PD) AMENDMENT APPLICATION
 REFLECTING ALL NEW CHANGES IS REQUIRED.
  
 2.) ALL BUILDING SETBACKS (FROM THE CLOSEST POINT OF
 THE BUILDING) TO THE PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 THE PLANS. BUILDING SETBACKS CANNOT EXCEED WHAT THE
 ZLDRS AND THE WAIVER(S) TO BUILDING SETBACKS ALLOW.
