 SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS
 (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR AIR
 BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 90.
 THE TEST REPORT CANNOT INCLUDE A DROPPED GYPSUM
 CEILING. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE TEST REPORT.
  
 B. FBC 1207.3, FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN
 DWELLING UNITS OR BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC
 OR SERVICE AREA WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN
 IMPACT INSULATION CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN
 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 ASTM E 492. THE TEST REPORT CANNOT INCLUDE A DROPPED
 GYPSUM CEILING. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE TEST REPORT.
  
 C. FBC 603.1, ALLOWABLE MATERIALS IN NON COMBUSTIBLE
 BUILDINGS, SEE ITEM 2, EXCEPTION 2, ACOUSTICAL
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200. SEE
 803.1.1, PROVIDE TEST DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84
 OR UL 723.
  
 17) PLEASE PROVIDE THE REQUIRED THRESHOLD INSPECTION
 FORMS AND DOCUMENTS DESCRIBED IN "GUIDELINES AND
 POLICIES FOR PROJECTS CONCERNING THRESHOLD/SPECIAL
 INSPECTORS AND RESIDENT INSPECTORS". PLEASE E MAIL
 ([email protected]) FOR A COPY OF THE GUIDELINES.
 18) TOWNHOUSE BUILDING, PAVILION, POOL AND FENCING
 SHALL BE A SEPARATE PERMIT - PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS.
 19) PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE FOR THE TOWNHOUSE
 BUILDING - TOWNHOUSE AS DEFINED IN THE FBC - [A]
 TOWNHOUSE. A SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNIT NOT EXCEEDING
 THREE STORIES IN HEIGHT CONSTRUCTED IN A GROUP OF TWO
 OR MORE ATTACHED UNITS WITH PROPERTY LINES SEPARATING
 SUCH UNITS IN WHICH EACH UNIT EXTENDS FROM THE

 FLOOR 3 AND 4 - NOT CORRECT 4TH FLOOR AND ABOVE SHOULD
 BE LESS - PLEASE SHOW THE CORRECT SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR
 EACH FLOOR. SHOW THE GARAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR EACH
 FLOOR SEPARATELY.
 21) PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW THE REQUIRED POOL BARRIER AND
 ALL COMPONENTS GATES, LOCKS, HARDWARE, DOOR OPERATION
 FROM BUILDING ETC TO COMPLY WITH FBC 454.1.3.1.9
 22) ROOFING SYSTEMS, WINDOW, DOOR AND LOUVER PRODUCT
 APPROVALS MAY BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS BY LISTING ITEMS
 TO BE DEFERRED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS -
 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE
 IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING.
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED
 UNTIL THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN
