2020-12-30 14:36:04THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. PROVIDE A PHOTO OF THE EXISTING DOORS TO BE REPLACED
 AND A GRAPHIC OF THE PROPOSED DOORS.
 2. ALL WINDOW REPLACEMENT WORK REQUIRES TO FOLLOW THE
 WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE EMAIL STAFF
 AT [email protected] TO REQUEST THE EXAMPLE. AT
 MINIMUM, STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 THE PROPOSED WINDOWS EXTERIOR FRAME COLOR, GLASS
 GLAZING, LITE PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION
 WIDTH. A PHOTO OF EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW
 MARKED.
 3. PROVIDE A PHOTO OF THE EXISTING GARAGE DOOR AND A
 GRAPHIC OF THE PROPOSED GARAGE DOOR.
 4. PROVIDE PHOTOS OF THE EXISTING ELEVATIONS. THIS CAN
 BE COMBINED WITH THE REST OF THE EXISTING PHOTOS.
 5. PARTIALLY REMOVE THE EXISTING NON-HISTORIC SIDING TO
 ILLUSTRATE IF WOOD SIDING REMAINS OR NOT. IF WOOD
 SIDING IS EXISTING, DOCUMENT ITS CONDITION. TO USE
 HARDIEBOARD (SMOOTH ONLY), PROVIDE PHOTOS AND
 DOCUMENTATION THAT ILLUSTRATE THE EXISTING WOOD SIDING
 IS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR AND MEASURE THE WIDTH OF EACH
 PANEL AND THE PROFILE. THE HARDIEBOARD WILL NEED TO
 MATCH THE EXISTING WOOD SIDING. STAFF STRONGLY
 ENCOURAGES RESTORATION OF EXISTING WOOD SIDING.
 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD APPROVAL MAY BE REQUIRED
 FOR HARDIEBOARD SMOOTH INSTALLATION.
 6. ILLUSTRATE THE WIDTH OF EACH HARDIEBOARD PANEL AND
 PROFILE TO BE USED.
 7. THE CURRENT GARAGE PARKING SPACE IS TWO PARKING
 SPACES. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TOTAL OF THREE PARKING
 SPACE. ILLUSTRATE THAT AT LEAST THREE PARKING SPACES,
 EACH 8.5 FEET X 18 FEET ARE AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY.
 8. ENSURE THE FLOOR PLAN AND WINDOW SCHEDULE MATCH. THE
 WINDOW SCHEDULE INDICATES ALL SINGLE-HUNG. THE FLOOR
 PLAN INDICATES A FEW LOCATIONS WITH A CASEMENT.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY EXIST ONCE ADDITIONAL
