 EXCEED 20 FEET IN WIDTH AT THE PROPERTY LINE OR WHERE
 THE DRIVEWAY ADJOINS THE APRON IF THE APRON IS NOT
 LOCATED WHOLLY WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY. PLEASE PROVIDE
 THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
 2. PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE). PER THE CITY ZONING CODE, A MINIMUM
 OF 75% OF THE FRONT YARD MUST BE LANDSCAPE.
