 EXAMPLE. AN EXACT REPLICA IS NOT REQUIRED. IT MAY BE
 HELPFUL TO INCLUDE THE ORDER DETAIL QUOTE.
  
 PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING SHOULD PROVIDE THE NECESSARY
 INFORMATION:
 ? PROVIDING THE ORDER DETAIL QUOTE (WITH ALL WINDOW AND
 DOOR SPECIFICATIONS)
 ? PHOTOGRAPHS OF EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW AND
 DOOR CLEARLY VISIBLE AND IDENTIFIED. THE FLOOR PLAN,
 ORDER DETAIL, AND OPENING NUMBERS ON THE PHOTOGRAPH
 SHOULD ALL MATCH.
 ? THE EXISTING WINDOW STYLE (DOUBLE-HUNG, FIXED, ETC.)
 AND MATERIAL (WOOD, ALUMINUM, VINYL, ETC.) FOR EACH
 WINDOW.
 ? PROVIDE A MUNTIN DETAIL FOR REGENCY WINDOWS.
 ? PROVIDE A MUNTIN DETAIL FOR SHWINCO ARCHITECTURAL
 PRODUCT DOORS.
 ? PROVIDE A GRAPHIC(S) OF THE PROPOSED DOORS. THIS
 INFORMATION MAY ALREADY BE INCLUDED IN THE ORDER DETAIL
 QUOTE.
  
 THE FOLLOWING ARE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR
 WINDOW AND DOOR PERMITS. PLEASE SEE GENERAL WINDOW
 COMMENTS #1 THROUGH #3. THESE CONDITIONS MAY BE REVISED
 AND ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS MAY BE ADDED.
  
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
