 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 DATE 12/04/2020, NO REFERENCE TO PLANS BEING UPDATED.
 HERE IS ALSO NO RESPONSE LETTER FROM THE DESIGNER OF

 RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS?
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW.
  
  
 1) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET A-2 IN THE COFFEE ROOM LABELED
 403 THERE ARE (2) NOTES, NOTE 3 INDICATES THE EXISTING
 MILLWORK (BASE CABINET IS TO REMAIN AND NOTE (4) TO ADD
 A NEW SINK. THE FLOOR PLAN REFERENCES A DETAIL 7 SHEET
 A-3. THIS DETAIL IS A ELEVATION VIEW OF THE EXISTING
 BASE CABINET, CABINET HEIGHT IS GIVEN AT 34 INCHES.
 THERE ARE NO REFERENCES AS TO EITHER A FRONT APPROACH
 OR SIDE APPROACH IS INTENDED AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 2017 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS:
  
 SINKS> 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH,
 AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 606.5 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. WATER SUPPLY &
 DRAINPIPES UNDER LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSULATED OR OTHERWISE CONFIGURED TO PROTECT AGAINST
 CONTACT.

 FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE PROBLEM THAT THE FURNITURE
 PLAN DOES ON SHEET A-5.
 SHEET A-5 JUST ABOUT EVERY WALLED OFFICE ON THE
 EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING AND OFFICE 424-432, ALL DOORS
 SWING INTO THE OFFICES, IN SOME CASES AS DRAWN THE DOOR
 CAN NOT OPEN WITH HITTING THE FURNITURE THE OFFICES DO
 NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4 MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES. DOORS.
 MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED
 LATCH SIDE FOR SIDE CLEARANCE.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
