2021-06-09 11:02:151. PLEASE PROVIDE A DIMENSIONED SITE PLAN INDICATING
 THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PARKING STALLS AND DRIVE AISLES.
 STRIPING SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS
 REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-485, FIGURE XV-2, ENTRANCE FROM
 FERN SHALL BE INDICATED AS A ONE-WAY. INDICATE THE
 ANGLE OF THE PARKING NEXT TO THE BUILDING AND MATCH IT
 WITH THE MINIMUM REQUIRED DRIVE AISLE.
 2. TTHE PAINTING DETAIL SHALL COMPLY WITH THE CITY
 STRIPING DETAIL IN SECTION 94-485.
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE DETAILS FOR THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 WALL.
 4. DUMPSTER IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 AROUND WITH A HEDGE TO SCREEN THE DUMPSTER.
 5. LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE WEST PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE
 RESTORED WITH HEDGES.
 6. SIDEWALK SHALL NOT BE STRIPED FOR THE ADA ACCESSIBLE
 PATH.
 7. A LANDSCAPE TERMINAL ISLAND SHALL BE INSTALLED
 AGAINST THE SIDEWALK.
