 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 6A) DISCREPANCY IN IDENTIFYING DOOR JUST IN FRONT OF
 THE WOMEN?S RESTROOM 132. SHEET A-1 LABELS THE DOOR
 EITHER ( O ) OR 3, ON THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN THE SAME
 DOOR IS LABELED AS ( C ). DISCREPANCY IN PLANS.
 107.2.1.2.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6B) THIS SAME DOOR SHOWS DIFFERENT DOOR SWINGS
 DEPENDING ON THE PLAN. THE COVERSHEET AND LS-1 SHEET
 THE DOOR SWINGS ONE WAY AND THE OTHER SHEET A-1 THE
 DOOR SWINGS INTO A DIFFERENT CORRIDOR BLOCKING THE
 REQUIRED EGRESS FOR THAT CORRIDOR. SECTION 1005.7.1 OF
 THE 2017 FBC-B STATES DOORS IN ANY POSITION SHALL NOT
 REDUCE THE REQUIRED WIDTH OF MORE THAN ONE HALF THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH OF THE CORRIDOR. WHEN CALIBRATING THE
 MEASURING TOOL IN PROJECT DOX THERE IS ONLY 1 FOOT FROM
 THE CORNER OF THE WALL TO THE DOOR WING DURING THE
 TRAVEL OF THE DOOR IN THE RADIUS. FOR OCCUPANT LOADS
 LESS THAN 50 THE MINIMUM CORRIDOR WIDTH OF 36 INCHES
 WOULD REQUIRE A CLEAR MEASUREMENT OF 18 INCHES. THE
 MINIMUM CORRIDOR WIDTH IS 44 INCHES FOR OCCUPANT LOADS
 50 OR MORE FOR A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY THE MINIMUM CLEAR
 WIDTH UNOBSTRUCTED WOULD BE 22 INCHES FOR DOOR SWINGS.

 6C) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD QUESTIONS THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 CALCULATIONS AND REFENCE SPEAKING WITH R. GATHRIGHT FOR
 BREAKROOMS. WE HAVE TO LOOK AT THIS ON A CASE BY CASE
 BASIS, NOT A BLANKET STATEMENT. THE ISSUE THAT HAS TO
 BE DETERMINED IS THE OTHER ASSEMBLY AREAS ON THE TOTAL
 FLOOR PLATE, NOT JUST THE TENANT SPACE IN QUESTION
 WHERE THE ASSEMBLY AREA WOULD BE OVER 10 % OF THE FLOOR
 AREA FOR THE ENTIRE FLOOR, IF SO THEN THE FLOOR IS
 CONSIDERED A MIXED OCCUPANCY BETWEEN BUSINESS AND
 ASSEMBLY. PLEASE REVIEW 508.2.3. AGGREGATE ACCESSORY
 OCCUPANCIES OF THE 2017 FBC-B. ONCE THIS IS COMPLETED
 WE WOULD KNOW THE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THIS TENANT
 SPACE AND DOOR SWING, OCCUPANT LOADS OF 50 OR MORE ARE
 REQUIRED TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL
 2017 FBC-BUILDING SECTION 1010.1.2.1.
