 MECHANICAL PERMITS PULLED FOR THE MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
 FOR THIS PROJECT.
  
 2) CHRIS COLE?S COMMENT ON 04/22/2019: 1) IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE ARCHITECT'S NARRATIVE, THE KITCHEN COOKING
 APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENT, THE KITCHEN HOODS AND FIRE
 SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS WILL BE DONE UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT.
 AS A RESULT, THE NARRATIVE INDICATES GAS-FIRED COOKING
 APPLIANCE SUBMITTALS, COMBUSTION AIR CALCULATIONS, AIR
 BALANCE CALCULATIONS, AND MAKE UP AIR TEMPERATURE
 COMPLIANCE WILL ALSO BE DEFERRED TO A FUTURE DATE.
 PLEASE PLACE LARGE BOLD NOTES ON THE PLAN TO INDICATE
 THIS FOR PUBIC RECORD AND FOR THE CONTRACTORS IN THE
 FIELD.
  
 3) KITCHEN HOODS AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED
 SEPARATELY FOR REVIEW AND PERMITTING. HOOD PLANS HAVE
 BEEN LOCKED AND WILL NOT BE PRINTED WITH THIS VERSION.
 PLEASE CONTACT THE PERMIT LIBRARIAN AT
 [email protected] TO HAVE THE HOOD SHEETS REMOVED
 FROM THIS SUBMITTAL.
  
 4) REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED SEPARATELY
 FOR REVIEW AND PERMITTING. REFRIGERATION PLAN HAS BEEN
 LOCKED AND WILL NOT BE PRINTED WITH THIS VERSION.
 PLEASE CONTACT THE PERMIT LIBRARIAN AT
 [email protected] TO HAVE THE REFRIGERATION SHEET
 REMOVED FROM THIS SUBMITTAL.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE OUTDOOR AIR CALCULATIONS FOR EACH USE
 OF SPACE IN THIS BUILDING. EXAMPLE: 1ST FLOOR HAS A BAR
 AREA BESIDE OF THE DINING ROOM/LOUNGE IT SHOULD BE
 CALCULATED AT 100 OCCUPANTS PER 1000 SQ FT. THE
 VESTIBULE SHOULD BE COUNTED AS A LOBBY. THERE IS ALSO A
 STAGE IN THIS AREA WHICH SHOULD BE COUNTED AS 70
 OCCUPANTS PER 1000 SQ.FT. THE 2ND FLOOR HAS A
 LOBBY/PREFUNCTION AREA THAT NEEDS MORE OUTDOOR AIR THAN
 A LOBBY. THE STAGE ON THE MEZZANINE SHOULD BE COUNTED
 AS 70 OCCUPANTS PER 1000 SQ.FT.. THE RELAX AREA SHOULD
 BE COUNTED AS PART OF THE LOBBY/PREFUNCTION AREA. THE
 ROOF HAS A ROOF TOP BAR THAT ISN?T SHOWN AT ALL IN THE
 OUTDOOR AIR CALCULATIONS. ONCE THESE AREAS HAVE CHANGED
 THE AIR BALANCE SCHEDULES SHOULD BE UPDATED.
  
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE INSERT
 CORRECTED PLAN SHEETS INTO THE SETS, REMOVE THE OLD
 SHEETS FROM THE PLAN SETS, BIND THEM TOGETHER
 SEPARATELY AND MARK VOID OR OLD ON THEM. PLEASE RETAIN
 THEM FOR REFERENCE WITH THE NEW SUBMITTED PLANS. THIS
 PROCESS WILL ALSO APPLY TO ANY DOCUMENTS SUCH AS
 PRODUCT APPROVALS OR CALCULATIONS BEING REPLACED OR
 UPDATED.
