| (EITHER STATIC OR CHANGEABLE COPY); THEREFORE, THE |
| DIGITAL ADVERTISING COPY ON THE SIGNS IS NOT PERMITTED. |
| IF NON-ELECTRONIC SIGNAGE (I.E. STATIC SIGNAGE) IS |
| USED, THEN IT MAY NOT ADVERTISE OFF PREMISE BUSINESSES |
| AND IT MUST COMPLY WITH THE SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWANCES |
| FOR LOW FREE STANDING SIGNS WITHIN THE VILLAGE COMMONS |
| COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT. |

| 2) A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED TO |
| BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION |
| PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. THE MINOR |
| PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT MUST INCLUDE THE UPDATE |
| TO THE SITE PLAN TO SHOW THE CHARGING STATIONS AND THE |
| PARKING TABLE WITH THE REMOVAL OF THE TWO PARKING |
| SPACES THAT WILL BE RESERVED FOR EV USE FROM THE TOTAL |
| PARKING SPACES PROVIDED. ADDITIONALLY, THE LANDSCAPE |
| PLAN MUST BE UPDATED TO SHOW THE CHARGING STATIONS. |

| 3) STAFF WILL NOT SUPPORT THE PLACEMENT OF THE CHARGING |
| STATIONS AT THESE TWO PARKING SPACES. THEY HAVE |
| HISTORICALLY BEEN DESIGNATED AS 15 MINUTE SPACES TO |
| ALLOW FOR TO GO PICK UP FROM THE RESTAURANTS LOCATED |
| WITHIN CLOSE DISTANCE TO THE SPACES. |

| 4) AFTER DISCUSSING THE REQUEST WITH THE CITY'S |
| BUILDING OFFICIAL, YOU MAY NOT PROVIDE CHARGING |
| STATIONS FOR REGULAR PARKING SPACES UNLESS YOU ALSO |
| PROVIDE A CHARGING STATION FOR AN ADA PARKING SPACE. |
