 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1A) THERE SEEMS TO BE CONFUSION AS TO WHERE WORK IS TO
 BE ACCOMPLISHED UNDER THIS PERMIT. THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION INDICATES 700 S. ROSEMARY AVE. SUITES
 200,201,202 & 204 WHEREAS THE TITLEBLOCK OF THE PLANS
 SHOWS THE ADDRESS OF 700 S. ROSEMARY AVE. SUITE # 106.
 WHILE THE PLANS SHOW WORK IN ALL 3 LOCATIONS. PLEASE
 CLARIFY ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION AS WELL AS THE
 TITLEBLOCK OF THE PLANS WHERE WORK IS TO BE
 ACCOMPLISHED UNDER THIS PERMIT.

 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 1B) THE PERMIT APPLICATION STATES THAT THE WORK UNDER
 THIS PERMIT IS MODIFICATIONS TO THE SHELL SPACE? IF ALL
 3 SPACES SUITES 106, 202 & 204ALL GOING TO REMAIN SHELL
 SPACES OR ARE SUITES 202 & 204 GOING TO BE USED FOR
 STORAGE AND NEED TO BE CLASSIFIED AS EITHER S1 OR S2?
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. CURRENTLY THE PLANS
 STATE THEY ARE A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, WITH AN OCCUPANT
 LOAD OF 9 OCCUPANTS. IN BOTH CASES THERE IS OVER 900
 SQ. FT. IN EACH SPACE, WHEN THERE IS A FRACTION OF AN
 OCCUPANT YOU ROUND UP SO THE OCCUPANT LOAD WOULD BE TEN
 IN BOTH CASES FOR SUITE 202 & 204. 2017 FBC-B TABLE
 1004.1.2 & 2015 IBC COMMENTARY.
  
 2) SHEET A1.1.1 NOTES 19,20, & 21 ALL HAVE NOTES ABOUT
 FLOOR REMOVAL, AND OR FLOOR DEPRESSIONS. THE SYMBOL FOR
 THESE FLOOR PENETRATIONS ARE IN OTHER AREAS OF THE
 TENANT SPACE AND APPEARS TO DO WITH NEW FLOOR OUTLETS
 BUT THE PLAN LEGEND DOES NOT IDENTIFY THESE AREAS OF
 THE FLOOR ARE REMOVAL OF FLOOR SLAB. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
