 OUTSWING DOOR. PLEASE ALSO REVIEW SECTION 603.2.3.
 DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OR
 CLEARANCES REQUIRED FOR ANY FIXTURE. DOORS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED TO SWING INTO THE REQUIRED TURNING SPACE.
 PLEASE SEE EXCEPTION 2. WHERE TOILET ROOMS ARE FOR
 INDIVIDUAL USE AND A CLEAR FLOORS SPACE COMPLYING WITH
 305.3 IS PROVIDED WITHIN THE ROOM BEYOND THE ARC OF THE
 DOOR SWING. WHAT WOULD NEED TO BE SHOWN FOR THE INSWING

 OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES

 THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF DRINKING FOUNTAINS SPECIFIED IN

 DRINKING FOUNTAINS PROVIDED SHALL COMPLY WITH 602.1

 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS,
 URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS,
 THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT

 STRUCTURAL ROOF. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PRESSURES FOR ROOF
 ZONES 1, 2 AND 3.
  
 3A) PLEASE ALSO NOTE ON SHEET A01 WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF
 THE EXISTING PARAPET. IF THERE IS ANY AT ALL.
  
 3B) THE PLAN DOES NOT ADDRESS ROOF DRAINAGE AT ALL.
 2017 FBC-B 1503.4. SCUPPERS AND OVERFLOWS VS ROOF
 DRAINS.
  
 3C) PLEASE TAKE NOTE FOR RECOVER ROOFS THAT ARE ADHERED
 TO CONCRETE ROOF SLABS. PULL TEST ARE REQUIRED AND
 FIELD INSPECTOR VERIFICATION THAT THE ROOFS ARE IN A
 CONDITION THAT CAN BE RECOVERED .SEE REQUIREMENTS FOUND

 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.
  
 5B) DELEGATED ENGINEERING. 61G15-30.003 ENGINEERING
 DOCUMENT CLASSIFICATION. FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE
 DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL FORWARD THE DELEGATED
 ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR

 5C) 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF
 THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED

 WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND
 PRESSURES DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. FBC-B-1609.6.4.4.1 COMPONENTS
 AND CLADDING. WIND PRESSURE FOR EACH COMPONENT OR
 CLADDING ELEMENT IS TO BE DESIGNED FOR WIND PRESSURES
 COMPONENTS AND ATTACHMENTS.
 LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM. FOR ALL ROOF TOP
 EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS, AND OR VENTS,
 DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING & DECK AS WELL
 AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE.
 2017 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
 THE ROOF TOP A/C STAND PRODUCT APPROVALS, TO BE
 REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE
 FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CALCULATING THE AREA (SIDE VIEW)
 OF THE ROOF TOP COMPRESSORS, CONFIGURATION ON STAND,
 THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE STAND AND COMPRESSORS,
 WEIGHT, CIRCLED THE DESIGN PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES,
 ANCHORS AND UPLIFT VERSES MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO THE
 STAND AND THE STAND TO THE ROOF. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 IS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD, APPROVED
