 ALTERNATIVE AUTOMATIC FIRE-EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS, WALK
 IN COOLERS & FREEZERS, CANOPIES, ALL LOW VOLTAGE
 PERMITS, GENERATORS & FUEL TANKS WITH FILL STATIONS,
 GAS PERMIT, POOL, JACUZZI AND ASSOCIATED SUB-PERMITS,
 AWNING, SCREEN ENCLOSURES, CANOPY, FENCE, LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION, AUGER CAST PILE AND OR FOUNDATION OR
 STRUCTURE ONLY PERMIT WILL BE SEPARATE REVIEWS AND
 ASSOCIATED FEES WITH EACH PERMIT.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET LIST ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING FOR THIS BUILDING. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT NONE OF THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE 61G20 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING (SHOP DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL) BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.
 REVIEWS FOR ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS WILL NOT OCCUR UNTIL
 COMMENTS 2-5 ARE ADDRESSED. PLEASE ALSO NOTE SINCE THE
 SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE BEING REVIEWED BEFORE

 3) PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH GLAZING UNITS, IDENTIFY
 GLAZING/ MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND
 BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL
 PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING
 WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH
 IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED,
 ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING
 SIZE. 2017 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND
 DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED
 MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE
 CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN
 THE TESTS.
  
 4) KAWNEER STOREFRONT PRODUCT APPROVAL FL8787-R9 ONLY
 THE 3 FRONT PAGES OF THE REPORT WERE UPLOADED, NONE OF
 THE TECHNICAL PAGES WERE LOADED. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE CURRENT FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FL14207-R20 FOR SYSTEM SC-210 HAS A DIFFERENT
 GRADE STEEL DECK AND LOWER PRESSURES -30.0 PSF. THE
 CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL ON THE STATE WEBSITE IS TO BE
 USED. DIFFERENCE IN PRODUCT APPROVALS. 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 LIST A SOILS REPORT ESC PROJECT # 25:3387-A DATED
 11-26TH /2019, THIS REPORT WAS NOT SUBMITTED IN THIS
 REVIEW. QUESTIONABLE SOILS. 1803.5.2 QUESTIONABLE SOIL.
 WHERE THE CLASSIFICATION, STRENGTH OR COMPRESSIBILITY
 OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING VALUE
 SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS CLAIMED, THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL BE PERMITTED TO REQUIRE THAT A
 GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION BE CONDUCTED.
  
 6B) DOES THE SOILS REPORT ADDRESS CONCERNS ABOUT THE
 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS AND CLOSENESS OF CANALS AND
 UNDER GROUND WATER. TO DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO SOILS
 REPORT SUBMITTED AS TO THE WATER TABLE LEVEL, AND HOW
 OR IF DEWATERING WILL BE REQUIRED AT THIS SITE SINCE
 THERE IS A CANAL JUST WEST OF THIS PROPERTY.
  
 6C) DOES THE SOILS REPORT ADDRESS THE CONCERNS ABOUT
 2017 FBC-B 1804.1. EXCAVATION NEAR FOUNDATIONS.

 WITHOUT FIRST UNDERPINNING OR PROTECTING THE FOUNDATION
 AGAINST DETRIMENTAL LATERAL OR VERTICAL MOVEMENT, OR

 UNDER THE SIDE LAP FASTENER THERE IS GIVEN OPTIONS AS
 TO FASTENER TYPE AND GAUGE OF METAL. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE GAUGE OF ROOFING METAL DOES NEED TO MATCH THAT OF

 SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR
 OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE
 QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL
 CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO THE
 TECHNICAL CODES "CODE SECTIONS SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A
 WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC

 MIAMI-DADE NOA OR FLORIDA APPROVAL. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL OF CHOICE AND PLEASE PROVIDE
 COMPLIANCE WITH:
 THE ROOF TOP A/C STAND PRODUCT APPROVALS, TO BE
 REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE
 FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS CALCULATING THE AREA (SIDE VIEW)
 OF THE ROOF TOP COMPRESSORS, CONFIGURATION ON STAND,
 THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT OF THE STAND AND COMPRESSORS,
 WEIGHT, CIRCLED THE DESIGN PARAMETERS IN THE TABLES,
 ANCHORS AND UPLIFT VERSES MOMENT FOR THE UNIT TO THE

 IS TO BE REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD, APPROVED

 2017 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
 METHODS OF STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS THAT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
 EQUILIBRIUM, GENERAL STABILITY, GEOMETRIC COMPATIBILITY
 AND BOTH SHORT- AND LONG-TERM MATERIAL PROPERTIES.
 EVERY STRUCTURE SHALL BE DESIGNED TO RESIST THE
 OVERTURNING EFFECTS CAUSED BY THE LATERAL FORCES
 SPECIFIED IN THIS CHAPTER. SEE SECTION 1609 FOR WIND
 LOADS.
