| 1. PROVIDE A PROJECT DATA TABLE DEPICTING COMPLIANCE |
| WITH NWD-R-C1 ZONING INCLUDING SETBACKS AND LOT |
| COVERAGE. |
| 2. ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTEXTUAL FRONT |
| SETBACK STANDARDS PER SEC. 94-79 (B)(1). THE CURRENTLY |
| PROPOSED 25 FOOT FRONT SETBACK MAY NOT BE AN |

| A. ADD AN UNCOVERED FRONT PORCH WITH A STEP UP IN |
| BETWEEN THE TWO PROPOSED HIPPED WINGS. |
| B. ADD BRICK WORK TO THE FRONT HALF THAT IS ROUGHLY 1/3 |
| OF THE WAY UP GOES UP TO THE WINDOW SILL. |
| C. CHANGE EACH HIPPED WING TO HAVE A FRONT GABLE FACE |
| OR CHANGE THE MAIN HIPPED ROOF TO HAVE A FRONT GABLE |
| WITH A ROOF VENT. |
