 1. NEW MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN
 FOUR FEET INTO A SETBACK. REVISE AS NEEDED. A SEPARATE
 PERMIT IS NEEDED.
 2. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FENCE/WALL, AWNINGS,
 GENERATOR, MECHANICAL/AC/POOL EQUIPMENT, IRRIGATION,
 LANDSCAPING. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS.
 3. ILLUSTRATE REAR PORCH COMPLIES WITH SEC. 94-305
 (B)(7) - STEPS AND PORCHES. STEPS, OPEN UNCOVERED
 PORCHES OR STOOPS, AND OPEN TERRACES WHICH ARE THREE
 FEET OR LESS ABOVE GRADE MAY ENCROACH INTO ANY REQUIRED
 SETBACK AREA TO A POINT NOT CLOSER THAN TWO FEET TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE. ANY GRADE DIFFERENTIAL BETWEEN THE
 ENCROACHING STEP, PORCH, STOOP, OR TERRACE AND ADJACENT
 PROPERTY SHALL BE STRUCTURALLY RETAINED AND POSITIVELY
 DRAINED IN A MANNER THAT WILL PREVENT ANY DRAINAGE
 DISCHARGE TO ANY PROPERTY CONTIGUOUS TO THE SIDE OR
 REAR PROPERTY LINES.
 4. THE PERMIT VALUE EXCEEDS 50% OF THE IMPROVEMENT
 VALUE OF THE PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH CURRENT LANDSCAPING PERMITS PER SECTION
 94-442(C)(2) A. SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. PLEASE

 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. THE CEILING FOR THE PORCH AND PORTE COCHERE SHALL BE
 MADE OF WOOD AND HAVE A TONGUE AND GROOVE PROFILE.
 2. ALL WINDOW INFORMATION REFERENCED ON THIS PERMIT IS
 FOR INFORMATIONALLY PURPOSES ONLY. A SEPARATE WINDOW
