| VERIFIES THE MINIMUM REQUIRED HEIGHT. |

| RIVETS, SCREWS AND OTHER FASTENERS THAT EXTEND TO |
| VISIBLE SURFACES SHALL BE FLUSH, FILLED AND FINISHED SO |
| AS TO BE UNNOTICEABLE. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE |
| BOLTS SECURING THE CANOPY TO THE WALL MEET THIS |
| CRITERIA. |

| ARE ATTACHED TO THE CANOPY. PROVIDE HOW THIS OCCURS. |

| LOCATION. THE WAIVER II WILL NEED TO JUSTIFY THE SIZE |
| AND DESIGN OF THE PROPOSED SIGN, INCLUDING THE COLORS |
| OF THE VARIOUS SIGN ELEMENTS (IF MORE THAN THREE |
| COLORS). |

| B. ALTERNATIVELY, THIS SIGN CAN BE REVIEWED AS A CANOPY |
| SIGN. THE RESPONSES TO COMMENTS 4-9 WILL BE USED TO |
| VERIFY IF IT COMPLIES WITH THE CANOPY SIGN REQUIREMENTS |
