 CODE: FBC 6TH EDITION (2017) AND CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 ARCHITECTS-ENGINEERS
 FLORIDA STATUTE 553.80(2)(B):
 WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS
 DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT NECESSARY, IN
 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE
 PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS REVIEW

 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MATERIALS AND METHODS
 REQUIREMENTS IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.

 INSTALLED UNDER THE EXISTING PRECAST CONCRETE DOUBLE
 TEE FLOORING AND SPECIFY FASTENER TYPE, SIZE AND
 SPACING.

 DOESN'T PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR FASTENING OF P.T.

 B)FASTENING OF THE PLYWOOD IS NOT CLEAR. WHERE ARE THE
 (2)3" TAPCONS PLACED. SPECIFY SPACING, ETC. COORDINATE

 REPEAT COMMENT. FASTENING OF THE PLYWOOD IS NOT CLEAR.
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION PLAN DON'T
 MATCH SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION
 AXONOMETRIC. CLEARLY SPECIFY FASTENER TYPE, SIZE AND
 SPACING.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) NEED TO SPECIFY 2 LAYERS OF WATER RESISTIVE BARRIERS
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.7.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.

 REPEAT COMMENT. THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS FOR 2
 LAYERS OF WATER RESISTIVE BARRIERS. THERE IS A NOTE ON
 THE CONSTRUCTION AXONOMETRIC CALLING FOR "DOUBLE WIRE
 LATH". CLARIFY WHAT IS THIS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
 D)CONSTRUCTION AXONOMETRIC SHOWS "EXISTING RAILING TO
 REMAIN" ON THE UPPER ROOF. ACCORDING TO PHOTOS SHOWN ON
 SHEET CVR, THERE IS NOT RAILING ON THE ROOF.
 REVISE/CLARIFY AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 E)CONSTRUCTION AXONOMETRIC CALLS FOR "INSTALL A 3" PVC
 VENT. ACCORDING TO CONTRACTOR THERE IS NOT WORK ON THE
 SECOND FLOOR ROOF, EXCEPT FOR A MINOR REPAIR/PATCH.
 REVISE/CLARIFY AS REQUIRED. IF INSTALLING VENT , THEN
 CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE AND LOCATION OF VENTS. SEC.
