 1-UNABLE TO PERFORM BUILDING REVIEW. THERE IS NOT
 INFORMATION TO REVIEW. PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF
 DRAWINGS/SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING ALL THE SCOPE OF WORK
 TO BE PERFORMED.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 RESPONSE:
 COMMENTS TO DRAWING CVR SUBMITTED:
 1)DRAWING WAS NOT SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD. ARCHITECT TO SIGN AND SEAL DRAWING AS REQUIRED
 BY 61G1-16.001FAC AND CHAPTER 481 F.S. WHEN SUBMITTING
 DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS FOR PUBLIC RECORDS.
  
 2) DRAWING HAS A NOTE ACROSS ENTIRE SHEET STATING THAT
 THIS IS NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION. NEED TO PROVIDE DRAWING
 WITHOUT THIS NOTE. DRAWING IS SUBMITTED FOR
 CONSTRUCTION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3) CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ARE NOT CLEAR AND ARE
 INCOMPLETE:
 A)PROVIDE DETAIL SHOWING HOW ARE THE 2X4 STUDS
 INSTALLED UNDER THE EXISTING PRECAST CONCRETE DOUBLE
 TEE FLOORING AND SPECIFY FASTENER TYPE, SIZE AND
 SPACING.
