 1) EXISTING BUILDING DEMO NEEDS TO BE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT.
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE STC RATING FOR THE WALLS AROUND THE
 SLEEPING AREAS TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1207.2 AIR-BORNE
 SOUND.
 WALLS, PARTITIONS AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES
 SEPARATING DWELLING UNITS AND SLEEPING UNITS FROM EACH
 OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A
 SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS OF NOT LESS THAN 50, OR NOT
 LESS THAN 45 IF FIELD TESTED, FOR AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN
 TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E90.
 3) PLEASE SHOW THE FIRE RATED CORRIDOR TO CONTINUE TO
 THE EXIT TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1020.6 CORRIDOR CONTINUITY.
 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED CORRIDORS SHALL BE CONTINUOUS
 FROM THE POINT OF ENTRY TO AN EXIT, AND SHALL NOT BE
 INTERRUPTED BY INTERVENING ROOMS.
 4) PLEASE SHOW DOORS (137, 138, 139, 130, 143, 146,
 147) OPENING INTO THE FIRE RATED CORRIDOR TO BE FIRE
 RATED PER FBC 716.5
 5) PLEASE SHOW FIRE RATED GLAZING IN FIRE RATED
 CORRIDOR WALLS AND DOORS TO COMPLY WITH FBC 716.5
 6) PLEASE SHOW THE ATTIC ACCESS SIZE AND LOCATION TO
 COMPLY WITH FBC 1209.2
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, DOORS,
 LOUVERS ETC. - ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE
 REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER
 OF RECORD OR BE LISTED BY PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER ON
 THE DRAWINGS.
 8) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOFING SYSTEM TO BE USED.
 9) PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENT FOR GRAB
 BAR BACKING AT THE TOILETS AND ALL WALLS OF THE SHOWERS
 IN THE ROOM TYPE A AND B PER FBC FHA - REQUIREMENT 6 -
 REINFORCED WALLS FOR GRAB BARS. REINFORCED BATHROOM
 WALLS TO ALLOW LATER INSTALLATION OF GRAB BARS AROUND
 THE TOILET, TUB, SHOWER STALL AND SHOWER SEAT, WHERE
 SUCH FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED, WOULD MEET SECTION
 100.205(C)(3)(III) IF REINFORCED AREAS ARE PROVIDED AT
 LEAST AT THOSE POINTS WHERE GRAB BARS WILL BE MOUNTED.
 10) PLEASE SHOW LAUNDRY AREA CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AND
 APPLIANCES TO COMPLY WITH FBC FHA - REQUIREMENT 2.
 ACCESSIBLE AND USABLE PUBLIC AND COMMON USE AREAS.IF
 PROVIDED IN THE FACILITY OR AT THE SITE, AT LEAST ONE
 OR EACH TYPE OF APPLIANCES PROVIDED IN EACH LAUNDRY
 AREA, EXCEPT THAT LAUNDRY ROOMS SERVING COVERED
 MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED TO HAVE
 FRONT-LOADING WASHERS IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF 100.205(C)(1). (WHERE FRONT-LOADING WASHERS ARE NOT
 PROVIDED, MANAGEMENT WILL BE EXPECTED TO PROVIDE
 ASSISTIVE DEVICES ON REQUEST IF NECESSARY TO PERMIT A
 RESIDENT TO USE A TOP LOADING WASHER.)
 11) PLEASE SHOW THE CLEAR SPACE DIMENSION BETWEEN
 KITCHEN COUNTER AND COUNTER OR APPLIANCES TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC FHA - REQUIREMENT 7 - USABLE KITCHENS AND
 BATHROOMS. (B) CLEARANCE BETWEEN COUNTERS AND ALL
 OPPOSING BASE CABINETS, COUNTERTOPS, APPLIANCES OR
