 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED.
  
 2.) SITE PLAN SHOWING AREA CALCULATIONS, PARKING
 LAYOUT, TOTAL BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE IS REQUIRED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE,
 F.A.R. AND MINIMUM LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS PER SEC.
 94-174(B) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS).
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED EXPANSION CANNOT ELIMINATE ANY PARKING
 ON SITE IF THE SITE IS CURRENTLY SHORT ON PARKING FOR
 THE USE.
  
 4.) SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED COOLER TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE(S).
  
 5.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE?S
 VALUE ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL
 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2)
 COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE
 SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE
 SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING
 MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
