| 1) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LIMITS OF WORK |
| PROPOSED UNDER THIS DEMOLITION PERMIT. NOTE: IF THE |
| WORK CROSSES MULTIPLE PROPERTY LINES IT WILL REQUIRE A |
| PERMIT FOR EACH PROPERTY. |

| 2) RESOLUTION NO. 13-19 REQUIRES THAT PRIOR TO ANY |
| DEMOLITION ACTIVITIES THE DEVELOPER SHALL PERFORM A |
| "CONDITION SURVEY" OF THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES. THE |
| DEVELOPER SHALL CONFORM TO THE APPROPRIATE INDUSTRY |
| STANDARDS APPROVED BY THE CITY'S BUILDING DIVISION IN |
| MONITORING THE VIBRATION EFFECTS ON THE ADJOINING |
| PROPERTIES; THIS MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, |
| THE PLACEMENT OF SEISMIC METERS, INSPECTIONS, AND |
| SIMILAR ACTIVITIES. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE CONDITION |
| SURVEY WITH THE RESUBMITTAL. ZONING WILL NOT PASS THE |
| DEMOLITION PERMIT UNTIL THIS REQUIREMENT IS MET. |

| 3) RESOLUTION NO. 13-19 REQUIRES THAT PRIOR TO THE |
| REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TRESS ON THE PROPERTY, A |
| TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND |
| APPROVED BY THE PLANNING DIVISION. NO TREE ALTERATION |
| PLAN HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. ZONING WILL NOT PASS THE |
| DEMOLITION PERMIT UNTIL THIS REQUIREMENT IS MET. |

| 4) THE TREE MITIGATION PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THE |
| DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL SHOWED TREES THAT ARE TO BE |
| PROTECTED ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE |
| CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT SITE. IF ANY DEMOLITION |
| ACTIVITY IS PROPOSED (VERIFIED BY THE SITE PLAN) NEAR |
| THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY LINE, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A |
| TREE PROTECTION PLAN WITH THE DEMOLITION PERMIT. |

| 5) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-316 OF THE ZONING AND |
| LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, PRIOR TO THE START OF THE |
| DEMOLITION ACTIVES, YOU MUST SECURE A PERMIT FOR AND |
| AND INSTALL A CONSTRUCTION FENCE. |
