 1) PLEASE SHOW AT LEAST 1 BATHROOM DOOR WIDTH TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC R320.1.1 ALL NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES,
 DUPLEXES, TRIPLEXES, CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOUSES SHALL
 PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE BATHROOM, LOCATED WITH MAXIMUM
 POSSIBLE PRIVACY, WHERE BATHROOMS ARE PROVIDED ON
 HABITABLE GRADE LEVELS, WITH A DOOR THAT HAS A 29-INCH
 (737 MM) CLEAR OPENING. FBC ACCESSIBILITY 404.2.3 CLEAR
 OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE
 MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP,
 WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES. ( A 2'6" DOOR DOES NOT
 COMPLY)
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE ATTIC ACCESS LOCATION AND SIZE TO
 COMPLY WITH FBC R807
 3) PLEASE SHOW THE ATTIC VENTILATION TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 R806
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE
 DRAWING.
 5) ALL DRAWINGS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER. FBC 107.1
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE THE FRONT PAGES (MIAMI DADE OR
 FLORIDA STATE) FOR THE DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 (INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED).

 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION 107.2.5 SITE PLAN. THE
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION
 FOR PERMIT SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SITE PLAN SHOWING
 TO SCALE THE SIZE AND LOCATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION AND
 EXISTING STRUCTURES ON THE SITE, DISTANCES FROM LOT
 LINES, THE ESTABLISHED STREET GRADES AND THE PROPOSED
 FINISHED GRADES, DEPICTING THE PROPOSED LOT DRAINAGE
 AND, AS APPLICABLE, FLOOD HAZARD AREAS, FLOODWAYS, AND
 DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATIONS; AND IT SHALL BE DRAWN IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED ON A BOUNDARY
