 CORRECTIONS NEEDED - FBC WPB AMENDMENTS 107
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE 1ST FLOOR TOILET ROOM DOOR TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC R320.1.1
 ALL NEW SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES, DUPLEXES, TRIPLEXES,
 CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOUSES SHALL PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE
 BATHROOM, LOCATED WITH MAXIMUM POSSIBLE PRIVACY, WHERE
 BATHROOMS ARE PROVIDED ON HABITABLE GRADE LEVELS, WITH
 A DOOR THAT HAS A 29-INCH (737 MM) CLEAR OPENING.
 HOWEVER, IF ONLY A TOILET ROOM IS PROVIDED AT GRADE
 LEVEL, SUCH TOILET ROOMS SHALL HAVE A CLEAR OPENING OF
 NOT LESS THAN 29 INCHES (737 MM).-- FBC A 404.2.3 CLEAR
 WIDTH. CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS
 SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE
 STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE DOOR FROM THE GARAGE TO THE LIVING
 SPACE TO COMPLY WITH FBC R302.5.1 OPENING PROTECTION.
 OPENINGS BETWEEN THE GARAGE AND RESIDENCE SHALL BE
 EQUIPPED WITH SOLID WOOD DOORS NOT LESS THAN 13/8
 INCHES (35 MM) IN THICKNESS, SOLID OR HONEYCOMB-CORE
 STEEL DOORS NOT LESS THAN 13/8 INCHES (35 MM) THICK, OR
 20-MINUTE FIRE-RATED DOORS.
 3) PLEASE SHOW THE REQUIREMENT OF "TYPE X" DRYWALL FOR
 THE GARAGE CEILING - FBC R302.6
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE DRAFT STOPPING AT THE FLOOR FRAMING
 TO COMPLY WITH FBC R302.12 DRAFTSTOPPING.IN COMBUSTIBLE
 CONSTRUCTION WHERE THERE IS USABLE SPACE BOTH ABOVE AND
 BELOW THE CONCEALED SPACE OF A FLOOR-CEILING ASSEMBLY,
 DRAFTSTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED SO THAT THE AREA OF THE
 CONCEALED SPACE DOES NOT EXCEED 1,000 SQUARE FEET (92.9
 M2). DRAFTSTOPPING SHALL DIVIDE THE CONCEALED SPACE
 INTO APPROXIMATELY EQUAL AREAS.
 5) DRAWINGS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
