 THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, PROVIDED IT CAN
 BE DEMONSTRATED THAT REQUIRED DRAINAGE TO THE POINT OF
 DISCHARGE AND AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE IS PROVIDED AT
