2020-10-01 15:36:56THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. SUBMIT A LANDSCAPING PERMIT. ILLUSTRATING COMPLIANCE
 WITH ILLUSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(C)(2) A.
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. THE PERMIT DOES NOT NEED
 TO BE APPROVED OR REVIEWED. THE PERMIT MUST BE
 SUBMITTED, AND FEES PAID FOR. THE VALUE OF THE PERMIT
 EXCEEDS 50% OF THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE OF THE PROPERTY.
 2. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOFING TILE. AN
 EARTH TONE COLOR WILL BE REQUIRED.
 3. NOTE OR HIGHLIGHT WHERE THE ROOFING TILE WILL BE
 INSTALLED.
 4. REVISE THE REAR PORCH WINDOW TO BE SIZED FULLY TO
 THE ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING WITH A TOP FANLIGHT
 WITH A 5-LITE PROFILE. THE FANLIGHT MAY ALSO BE A
 SINGLE-LITE.
 5. PROVIDE MATERIAL OF RAILING. IT MUST BE ALUMINUM.
 6. REVISE THE SITE PLAN TO ILLUSTRATE THE REAR PORCH
 ADDITION.
  
 PROPOSED CHANGES, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS ONLY.
 NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR CLEAR
 GLASS WITH LOW-E. A NON-STREET FACING BATHROOM MAY HAVE
 OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS.
 2. ALL WINDOWS SHALL HAVE A STEPBACK WHERE THE
 TOP-FIXED SASH IS A MINIMUM OF 1-INCH FROM THE EXTERIOR
 WALL FACE.
 3. ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL HAVE EXTERNAL
 DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS. FOR LAWSON, THIS IS A CROSS
 OGEE/PYRAMID OGEE PROFILE.
 4. ALL PAIRED WINDOWS WILL REQUIRE A 4-INCH WIDE
 MULLION. THE NORTH (REAR) ELEVATION PAIRED WINDOW IN
 THE FORMER PORCH AREA WILL BE EXEMPTED FOR THE
 FANLIGHT.
 5. THE NEW STUCCO SHALL FEATURE A TRADITIONAL TEXTURED
 MISSION STUCCO FINISH.
 6. THE EXISTING BANDING MAY BE REMOVED ENTIRELY OR DONE
 AS PROPOSED ON THE PLANS.
 7. THE EXTERIOR FRAMES SHALL BE WHITE OR BRONZE.
