 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE VALUATION OF THE WORK AT $85,000 APPEARS TO BE
 LOW. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE CONTRACT TO VERIFY THE COST.
 FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2) FBC 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH
 FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
 AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT
 ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR TYPES. ONLY ONE SET IS
 REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED
 DOCUMENTS.
  
 3) SUBMIT FORMS AND DOCUMENTS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC ENERGY CONSERVATION SECTION R103.
  
 4) ON SHEET A-3 THE LINTEL SCHEDULE HAS 10'-4" FOR THE
 LENGTH OF L-2 FOR THE 16' GARAGE DOOR OPENING. PLEASE
 CLARIFY. FBC 107
  
 5) THE LENGTH OF THE SOUTH WALL OF THE DETACHED GARAGE
 IS INCORRECTLY SPECIFIED AS 24' ON SHEETS A-2, A-3 AND
 S-1. IT SHOULD BE 22'. PLEASE CORRECT. FBC 107.2.1
  
 6) THE SPACES BETWEEN THE WINDOWS ON THE EAST WALL OF
 THE DETACHED GARAGE IS DIFFERENT ON THE FLOOR PLAN
 (SHEET A-2) AND THE FOUNDATION PLAN ON (SHEET A-3) AND
 SHEET S-1. PLEASE COORDINATE. FBC 107.2.1
  
 7) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
