 LACKING A LOT OF DETAIL.

 LINES WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE FOUR (4) POSTS IN THE NEW
 COURTYARD? IS THIS A TRELLIS (AS INDICATED ON THE
 HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN)? DETAILS NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 2.1.1. [ NEW COMMENT ] - THERE ARE TWO (2) VERSIONS OF
 THE SITE PLAN IN THE SYSTEM. IT APPEARS THAT VERSIONING
 OF THE PLANS WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY WHEN UPLOADING THE
 PLANS. PLEASE REMOVE THE OLD SITE PLAN. THE NEW SITE
 PLAN HAS SATISFIED THE COMMENT.

 WERE EVEN THREE (3) COPIES OF SHEET HS-1 SUBMITTED.
 THIS AREA WAS PERMITTED SEPARATELY AND SHOULD BE
 REMOVED FROM THIS PLAN SET (PAGE #S MAY NEED TO BE
 ADJUSTED).
  
 4. [ NOT SATISFIED ] - SURVEY DOES NOT ACCURATELY
 REFLECT THE CURRENT CONDITIONS OF THE SITE. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE MOST RECENT SURVEY.
  
 5. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - PURSUANT TO SEC.
 94-408.F.2.E. OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, FREESTANDING SIGNS SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF
 FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
