 1. LANDSCAPE PLANS NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE MAIN
 BUILDING PERMIT AND SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT.
  
 2. SITE PLAN (SHEET SP-1) IS LACKING A LOT OF DETAIL.
  
 2.1. WHAT ARE THE DASHED LINES WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE
 FOUR (4) POSTS IN THE NEW COURTYARD? IS THIS A TRELLIS
 (AS INDICATED ON THE HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN)?
 DETAILS NEED TO BE PROVIDED.
  
 2.2. FENCING NEEDS TO BE LABELED.
  
 2.3. DETAILS NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE PROPOSED
 FENCING.
  
 2.4. VISIBILITY TRIANGLE NEEDS TO BE SHOWN AND ENSURE
 THAT THERE ARE NO IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE THAT ARE BETWEEN 18? AND 8? IN HEIGHT.
  
 3. WHY WAS THE HARDSCAPE PLAN FOR THE EAST PLAZA (HS-1)
 INCLUDED IN THIS PERMIT? THERE WERE EVEN THREE (3)
 COPIES OF SHEET HS-1 SUBMITTED. THIS AREA WAS PERMITTED
 SEPARATELY AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THIS PLAN SET
 (PAGE #S MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED).
  
 4. SURVEY DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT THE CURRENT
 CONDITIONS OF THE SITE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MOST RECENT
 SURVEY.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-408.F.2.E. OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, FREESTANDING SIGNS
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.
