 1- PROVIDE KEY PLAN SHOWING SIZE AND LOCATION OF
 WINDOWS TO BE INSTALLED. CLEARLY SPECIFY THE ROOM WHERE
 WINDOW IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED. FOR EXAMPLE BEDROOM,
 LIVING AREA, ETC. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2-DESIGN PRESSURES OF PRODUCT APPROVAL FL19703-R4
 SUBMITTED ARE TOO LOW. NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 OF WINDOW THAT MEETS THE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR BUILDING
 LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "C". SEC. 702.6 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING AND SEC. R301.2.1.4 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 3- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 4- WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS FOR NON-IMPACT
 WINDOWS. NEED TO PROVIDE IMPACT PROTECTION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 702.6 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND SEC. R301.2.1.2
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR WINDOW WITH IMPACT GLAZING
 OR PROVIDE SHUTTERS PRODUCT APPROVALS. NOTE: NEED
 COMPLETE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE ALSO IF USING
 SHUTTERS INSTEAD OF WINDOW WITH IMPACT GLAZING.

 #2. SQUARE FOOTAGE TABLE ON SHEET A-01 SPECIFIES 468
 S.F. OF EXISTING AND PROPPED "ENCLOSED GARAGE".
 "ENCLOSED GARAGE" IS NOT CONSIDERED A LIVABLE SPACE.
 ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS AND PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER THIS AREA IS A GARAGE NOT LIVABLE
 AREA. THERE ARE NOT PERMITS FOR THE CONVERSION OF
 GARAGE TO LIVABLE SPACE. BASED ON THE SCOPE OF WORK
 SHOWN ON PLANS, THIS IS A CHANGE OF USE FROM GARAGE TO
 LIVABLE SPACE. THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY SEC. 506
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALSO, THIS IS ALTERATION LEVEL
 3. SEC. 505 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 (1)- NEW BEDROOMS: SPECIFY THE SIZE AND TYPE OF THE
 PROPOSED BEDROOM WINDOWS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. SEC. R310.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND
 SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 (2)- NEW BATHROOMS: SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED
 FIXTURES SPACES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R307
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING.
 SPECIFY THE MINIMUM CLEARANCES BETWEEN FIXTURES.
  
 (3)- CONVERSION OF THE GARAGE TO LIVABLE AREA REQUIRES
 PALM BEACH COUNTY ASSESSMENT FOR IMPACT FEES.

 PLEASE RETURNED STAMPED AND WITH A COPY OF THE RECEIPT
 AS APPLICABLE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MUNICIPAL IMPACT FEE
 QUESTIONNAIRE FORM TO THE PBC IMPACT FEE OFFICE. THE
