 THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. THE FRONT PARAPET OF THE FRONT PORCH IS SMALLER THAN
 IT WAS ORIGINALLY. PLEASE REVISE TO THE ORIGINAL WIDTH
 OF THE PARPAET ON THE FRONT PORCH.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FENCE/WALL, AWNINGS,
 SIGNS, PARKING LOT, GENERATOR, MECHANICAL/AC/POOL
 EQUIPMENT, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPE,
 OTHER _____________
 2. A STUCCO CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED BY HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION STAFF. THE STUCCO ON THE CHIMNEY MUST
 REMAIN AS IS.
 3. A SEPERATE ROOFING PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 CLAY EARTH-TONE BARREL TILE FOR THE PROPERTY. REACH OUT
 TO BUILDING FOR SPECIFICS BUT THIS SHOULD BE A SUB
 PERMIT.
