 1) PLEASE NOTE THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE
 EXIT DIRECTIONAL LIGHTS AND OR EXIT LIGHTS ON THE LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN. THE EXIT DIRECTIONAL AND EXIT LIGHTS ARE
 SHOWN ON THE SHEET E2.1. FOR REVIEW PURPOSES SHEET A-2
 WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY ROOMS AND DOORS IN QUESTION.
  
 1A) THE TRAINING ROOM IS IDENTIFIED WITH 2 NUMBERS
 SHEET A-2 LIST # 122 WHEREAS SHEET E2.1 LIST THE SAME
 TRAINING ROOM AS 119. DISCREPANCY IN THE PLANS.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED, TYPO.
  
 1B) TRAINING ROOM 122 AKA 119 HAS 3 DOORS THAT COULD BE
 USED AS EITHER EXIT ACCESS OR EXIT DOORS PLEASE
 IDENTIFY WHICH DOORS WILL BE IDENTIFIED AS A MEANS OF
 EGRESS. THE TRAINING ROOM IS APPROX. 1100 SQ. FT./ 20
 (TRAINING) = 56 OCCUPANTS, 2 EXIT DOORS. WHICH WILL BE
 CONSIDERED THE 2 MEANS OF EGRESS. 2017 FBC-B 1007.1.1.
  
 1C) TRAINING ROOM 121 AKA119 VERSES CORRIDOR 116, DOOR
 023 AND EXIT DIRECTIONAL LIGHT IN CORRIDOR 116. AS
 SHOWN NOW ON THE PLAN, OCCUPANTS ARE BEING LED DOWN A
 PORTION OF CORRIDOR 115 TO CORRIDOR 116 AND BEING LED
 OUTDOOR 023. SINCE THE TENANT SPACE TOTAL OCCUPANT LOAD
 IS GREATER THAN 50 IT WOULD APPEAR DOOR 023 SHOULD
 SWING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, IN THE DIRECTION OF
 EGRESS TRAVEL, 2017 FBC-B 1010.1.2.1.
  
 1D) AT THE OPPOSITE END OF THE CORRIDOR 116 AND 115
 THERE ARE AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEMS,
 1D)(1) DOOR 012 IT WOULD APPEAR SHOULD SWING IN THE
 OPPOSITE DIRECTION. SINCE THE TENANT SPACE TOTAL
 OCCUPANT LOAD IS GREATER THAN 50 IT WOULD APPEAR DOOR
 023 SHOULD SWING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, IN THE
 DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL, 2017 FBC-B 1010.1.2.1.
  
 1D)(2) WHEN YOU ARE IN THE CORRIDOR 115 LET?S SAY
 OFFICE 120 YOU WOULD NOT SEE THE EXIT LIGHT IN CORRIDOR
 116 NOR THE MISSING LIGHT AT THE END OF CORRIDOR 115,
 IT WOULD APPEAR ANOTHER EXIT DIRECTIONAL LIGHT IS
 REQUIRED IN CORRIDOR 115 PLUS ONE AT DOOR 012.
  
 1E) THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE DESIGN STUDIO 1374 SQ.
 FT./ 50 (SHOPS OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING 50 NET) = 28
 OCCUPANTS THAT ARE SHOWN ON SHEET E2.1 GOING OUTDOOR
 004 INTO CORRIDOR 104. WHEN YOU STAND CENTERED IN DOOR
 004 YOU DO NOT EVEN SEE THE EXIT LIGHT AT DOOR 001,
 AGAIN IT WOULD APPEAR A EXIT DIRECTIONAL LIGHT SHOULD
 BE PLACED IN CORRIDOR 104 DIRECTING YOU TO THE EXIT
 DOORS 001.
