 1.A REVIEW OF PUBLIC RECORDS PRESENT AN UNCLEAR
 UNDERSTANDING OF THE EXISTING SPACE. BY ALL ACCOUNTS
 THE LAST CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY WAS FROM AUTO REPAIR TO
 ART STUDIO (SEE PAST PERMITS 14100679 EXPIRED AND
 SUBSEQUENT PERMIT 15020882 DATED 2/26/2015 FOR
 INSPECTION DUE TO FAILED COP) THERE ARE NO PERMIT PLANS
 ON RECORD FOR THAT CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. AS SUCH, THE
 PERMIT NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE EXISTING CONDITIONS AS WELL
 AS THE REQUESTED CHANGES AND SHALL COMPLY WITH 2017

 FOR BATHROOM SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 1210.2.1 AND

 PL 504.2) , THERMAL EXPANSION CONTROL DEVICE (INCLUDING
 SIZE), T&P DISCHARGE (INCLUDING TERMINATION) AND WATER
 HEATER PAN AND DRAIN (INCLUDING TERMINATION) PER WPB
 FPC 107.2.1; COMPLY WITH FBC PL 607.3, 503.1, 504.1,
 504.4, 504.4.1, 504.5, 504.6, 504.7, 504.7.1 AND
 504.7.2.
 6.PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, PROVIDE MANUFACTURER?S
 SPECIFICATION/INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR WATER FILTRATION
 SYSTEM.
 7.PER FBC PL 1003.1, PROVIDE A GREASE INTERCEPTOR FOR

 SINK AND INTERCEPTOR, SHOWING HOW DISCHARGED TO
 SANITARY FLOOR SINK.
 8.PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, INDICATE ON PLAN ALL ITEMS (I.E.
 EXPRESSO MACHINE, FILTRATION SYSTEM) THAT ARE TO
 DISCHARGE TO SANITARY AND HOW THEY WILL DISCHARGE (I.E.
 TO HUB DRAIN THROUGH (SIZED) INDIRECT WASTE WITH AIR
 GAP)
 9.SANITARY RISER DIAGRAM AND FLOOR PLAN SHALL BE
 COMPLETE AND SHALL BE IN AGREEMENT.
 10.CLEANOUT REQUIRED AT JUNCTION OF SANITARY BUILDING
 DRAIN AND BUILDING SEWER PER FBC PL 708.1.3.
 11.PER FBC PL 904.1, THE VENT SYSTEM SERVING EACH
 BUILDING DRAIN SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN ONE VENT PIPE
 THAT EXTENDS TO THE OUTDOORS.
 12.1002.4.1TRAP SEAL PROTECTION.PER FBC PL 1002.4.1,
 TRAP SEALS OF FLOOR DRAIN TRAPS AND TRAP SEALS SUBJECT
 TO EVAPORATION SHALL BE PROTECTED BY ONE OF THE METHODS
 IN SECTIONS 1002.4.1.1 THROUGH 1002.4.1.4.
