 APPLICATION. INCLUDE ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED
 UNDER "NEW CONSTRUCTION". THE DEADLINE FOR THE
 SEPTEMBER 22TH HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING HAS
 ALREADY PASSED. IF A COMPLETED APPLICATION CAN BE
 RECEIVED (IN PAPER AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY VIA
 EMAIL/DROPBOX/FLASHDRIVE) ALONG WITH AN APPLICATION FEE
 OF $350.00 + 0.01 PER SQUARE FEET THE CASE CAN BE HEARD
 AT THE SEPTEMBER MEETING. OTHERWISE THE NEXT DEADLINE
 IS SEPTEMBER 16TH FOR THE OCTOBER 27TH HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING.
 2. THESE ARE COMMENTS THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BEFORE
 SUBMITTING TO A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS (COA)
 APPLICATION. THESE COMMENTS ARE NOT COMPREHENSIVE
 AND/OR COMPLETE. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AND/OR CONDITIONS

 A. EXPAND THE PROVIDED PROJECT DATA TO COMPLY WITH SEC.

 CASEMENTS OR SINGLE-HUNGS WITH A 4-INCH (FOUR) MULLION.
 D. REMOVE THE DECORATIVE STUCCO BANDS.
 E. REMOVE THE LINTEL FROM BEING VISIBLE.
 F. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN THAT ILLUSTRATES THE STRUCTURES
 SETBACKS.
 G. STAFF RECOMMENDS REMOVING THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS
 AND REPLACING WITH PAIRED FRENCH DOORS.
 H. EXPAND THE WINDOW SCHEDULE AND (EXTERIOR) DOOR
 SCHEDULE TO INDICATE GLASS GLAZING AND FRAME COLOR.
 WHITE FRAMES. CLEAR GLASS. LOW-E ON SIDES AND REAR.
 BATHROOM MAY HAVE OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS.
 3. NEW CONSTRUCTION REQUIRES A LANDSCAPING PERMIT.

 AWNINGS, PARKING, MECHANICAL/AC/POOL EQUIPMENT,
 IRRIGATION, LANDSCAPING, AND DRIVEWAY.
