 1) THE CITY HAS NO EVIDENCE THAT THE DEVELOPER OBTAINED
 DEEDS TO THE PROPERTY. PROVIDE COPIES OF THE DEEDS SO
 THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE PROPERTY IS OWNED IN FEE
 BY THE APPLICANT SO THAT THE REVIEW MAY CONTINUE AS A
 BUILDING PERMIT AS IT WOULD BE PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 2) THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS APPLY TO THE FENCE ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY:
  
 A. THIS IS A DOUBLE FRONTAGE LOT AS IT BOARDERS TWO
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY, SO THE FENCE HEIGHT MAY NOT EXCEED 48
 INCHES WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK. BOTH THE POR (EAST
 SIDE) AND CS (WEST SIDE) REQUIRE A 25 FOOT FRONT
 SETBACK. THE FENCE MAY NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES IN THESE
 LOCATIONS.
  
 B. PROVIDE THE HEIGHT DIMENSION ON THE FENCE ELEVATION
 DRAWING FROM GRADE TO THE TOP OF THE FENCE.
  
 3) IF THERE IS NO DEED FOR THE PROPERTY PROVIDED, THEN
 THE PROPERTY IS RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE FENCE WOULD NEED
 TO BE PERMITTED THROUGH THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
 DIVISION.
