 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 CODE SECTION 301.1. THE REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS, CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY, ADDITIONS OR RELOCATION OF ALL EXISTING
 BUILDINGS SHALL COMPLY WITH ONE OF THE METHODS LISTED
 IN SECTIONS 301.1.1 THROUGH 301.1.3 AS SELECTED BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. IN THE CITIES RECORDS THE LAST
 PREVIOUS TENANT WAS A PAINT AND BODY SHOP, F1

 SECTION 1001.2.2. CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
  
 4) SEMI-COMPLIED. SHEET A.1 DOES NOW SHOW AN ACCESSIBLE
 SEATING PLAN BUT FAILS TO SHOW AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO
 THE BAR ON THE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 206.2.4. SPACES AND
 ELEMENTS. AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL CONNECT
 ACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS OR FACILITY ENTRANCES WITH ALL
 ACCESSIBLE SPACES AND ELEMENTS WITHIN THE BUILDING OR
 FACILITY.
  
 2ND REQUEST. THE ON SHEET A-1 THERE IS A NOTE THAT
 STATES ACCESSIBLE SERVICE IS AT TABLES, THERE IS NO
 SEATING AT THE BAR COUNTER. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS
 STATEMENT DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THOSE PATROONS IN
 WHEELCHAIRS.
 2017 FL. ACCESSIBILITY CODE. 902.1 .DINING SURFACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1
 GENERAL. DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED
 TO, BARS, TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS, AND BOOTHS. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE REQUIREMENT 902.2 IS FOR A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCES
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED. THIS HAS NOT
 OCCURRED NOR DOES THE CUT SECTION/ DETAIL SHOW KNEE TOE
 CLEARANCES NOR THE ACCESSIBLE BAR COUNTER TOP AT 34
 INCHES.
  
 THE OTHER ISSUE IS WHAT APPEARS TO BE THE POINT OF SALE
 IN THE COUNTERTOP IS THE SAME AREA TO BE USED WITH THE
 ACCESSIBLE SEATING AREA (ACCESSIBLE WHEELCHAIR)?
  
 4)(A) SHOW COMPLIANCE, 2ND REQUEST.902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR
 GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305
 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 4)(B) SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE TABLE HEIGHTS.902.3 HEIGHT.
 THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL BE
 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE COUNTERTOP FOR THE
 REGISTER ALSO NEEDS TO BE COMPLIANT WITH CHECK WRITING
 SURFACES. 2017 ACCESS. CODE 904.3.3 CHECK WRITING
 SURFACES. WHERE PROVIDED, CHECK WRITING SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.3. 902.3HEIGHT.
 THE TOPS OF WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES (710 MM)
 MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES (865 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACCESS. CODE 305.5 POSITION.
 UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE
 SHALL BE POSITIONED FOR EITHER A FORWARD OR PARALLEL
 APPROACH TO AN ELEMENT.
 904.4 SALES AND SERVICE COUNTERS. SALES COUNTERS AND
 SERVICE COUNTERS SHALL COMPLY WITH 904.4.1 OR 904.4.2.
 THE ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE COUNTERTOP SHALL EXTEND
 THE SAME DEPTH AS THE SALES OR SERVICE COUNTER TOP.
  
 6A) 2ND REQUEST. THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE
 ACCESSIBLE RAMP FROM THE BUILDING SHOWING THE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE RESTROOMS.
 SHEET A-1 DOES NOT SHOW RESTROOM FACILITIES, PLEASE
 SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE SECTION 1010.6 SEPARATE FACILITIES WILL BE
 ACHIEVED. THIS CODE SECTION ALSO REFERS YOU BACK TO
 SECTION 810.2 EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 6B) THE PLAN IS SILENT TO IF THERE ARE ANY MORE
 RESTROOMS FOR THE SITE AND COMPLIANCE WITH 2017 FBC-B
 TABLE 2902.1 MINIMUM NUMBER OF REQUIRED PLUMBING
 FIXTURES. PLEASE PROVIDE A TABLE FOR TOTAL OCCUPANT
 LOAD BROKE DOWN TO OCCUPANCY TYPE AND REQUIRED
 FIXTURES.
  
 7) THE VALUE OF WORK FOR THE PERMIT SEEMS LOW, AND WITH
 COMPLYING WITH THE COMMENTS THE VALUE OF THE PROJECT
 WILL INCREASE. PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE OF THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE REQUIREMENTS OF DISPROPORTIONATE
 COST.
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST 202.4.1. PLEASE REVIEW HOW YOU
 ARE TO MEET DISPROPORTIONATE COST. EITHER THE
 CONTRACTOR OR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD ON THEIR
 LETTERHEAD NEED TO SHOW HOW THEY ARE GOING TO SPEND UP
 TO THE 20% DISPROPORTIONATE FUNDS LISTED FOR EACH
 ELEMENT WHERE THE FUNDS ARE BEING SPENT AND IN THE
