 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES 2020 PALM BEACH LAKES
 WHEREAS THE PLAN TITLEBLOCK GIVES THE ADDRESS OF 2062
 PALM BEACH LAKES BLVD?
 2017 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W 2014 WEST PALM BEACH
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER 1,
 ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED.
  
 2) SHEET 3.1 IS THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET. THIS SHEET
 INDICATES WITH A NOTE THIS IS TO BE A 150 SEAT
 RESTAURANT. THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR
 ANY ACCESSIBLE SEATING.
  
 2A) 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE
 SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902. 150 X 0.05= 7.5 OR 8
 SEATS. (YOU ROUND UP TO THE NEXT WHOLE PERSON).
  
 2B) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES REQUIRED TO
 COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE
 OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING SURFACES INCLUDING BARS,
 SEASONAL SEATING, ETC?.
  
 2C) 206.2.5 206.2.5 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS. IN
 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO ALL DINING AREAS, INCLUDING RAISED OR
 SUNKEN DINING AREAS, AND OUTDOOR DINING AREAS.
  
 2D) 902.1 .DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL.
 DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS,
 TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS, AND BOOTHS. EXAMPLES OF WORK
 SURFACES INCLUDE WRITING SURFACES, STUDY CARRELS,
 STUDENT LABORATORY STATIONS, BABY CHANGING AND OTHER
 TABLES OR FIXTURES FOR PERSONAL GROOMING, CHECK WRITING
 SURFACES, COUPON COUNTERS, AND WHERE COVERED BY THE ADA
 SCOPING PROVISIONS, EMPLOYEE WORK STATIONS.
  
 2D)(1) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2D)(2) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. PLEASE SEE
 SHEET 3.3 BAR COUNTER TOPS DETAILS 6 ,9? 10, 11 & 12.
  
 2E) THE FRONT ENTRY IS ASSUMED TO BE A LEVEL FLOOR
 SURFACE FROM THE EXTERIOR TO THE INTERIOR WITH NO MORE
 THAN A ? INCH THRESHOLD, BUT THE PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO
 THE REQUIRED REAR EXIT FOR THE PUBLIC.
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 207.1 MEANS OF
 EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 1003.2.13 OF THE
 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE (2000 EDITION AND 2001
 SUPPLEMENT) OR SECTION 1007 OF THE INTERNATIONAL
 BUILDING CODE (2003 EDITION).
 2003 IBC-B 1007.1 WHERE MORE THAN ONE MEANS OF EGRESS
 IS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS 1014.1 OR 1018.1 FROM ANY
 ACCESSIBLE SPACE, EACH ACCESSIBLE PORTION OF THE SPACE
 SHALL BE SERVED BY NOT LESS THAN TWO MEANS OF EGRESS TO
 THE PUBLIC WAY.
  
 3A) SHEET 3.3 DETAILS FOR ACCESSIBLE REST ROOMS AND
 STALLS. NEITHER THE FLOOR PLAN NOR THE ELEVATION
 DETAILS GIVE A OVERALL DIMENSION OF THE BACK WALL OF
 THE RESTROOM AND STALL. CLEARANCES AT WATER CLOSETS.
 604.3 CLEARANCE. CLEARANCES AROUND THE WATER CLOSETS
 AND IN TOILET COMPARTMENTS SHALL COMPLY WITH 604.3.
 604.3.1. SIZE. CLEARANCE AROUND A WATER CLOSET SHALL BE
 60 INCHES MINIMUM MEASURED PERPENDICULAR FROM THE SIDE
 WALL AND 56 INCHES MINIMUM PERPENDICULAR FROM THE REAR
 WALL. NOTE THE MINIMUM BACK WALL MEASUREMENT SHOULD BE
 7 FOOT 1 INCH.

 4B) W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE

 RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF
 WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF THE LATERAL
 FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE STRUCTURE:
 5.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
 5.2. RISK CATEGORY.
 5.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1.
 5.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.

 6) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
