2020-08-31 14:02:56THE PERMIT HAS BEEN APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITION(S):
  
 1. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE EXISTING
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING AND MATCH THE
 INSET/PLACEMENT/DEPTH/LOCATION WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME
 OPENING.
 2. ALL PAIRED, TRIPLE, AND/OR RIBBON WINDOWS SHALL
 MATCH THE EXISTING MULLION WIDTH OR BE AT LEAST FOUR
 INCHES WIDE. THE REPLACEMENT MULLION SHALL MATCH THE
 PLACEMENT/LOCATION WITHINTHE WINDOW FRAME OPENING. FOR
 EXAMPLE WINDOWS #22/23, #24/25/26, #28,29,30 NEED TO
 MATCH THE EXISTING MULLION AND WINDOWS #16/17, #18/19
 NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST A FOUR INCH WIDE MULLION.
 3. THE HORIZONTAL ROLLERS (WINDOW #1/2) SHALL HAVE A
 4-LITE PATTERN WITH EXTERNAL RAISED DIMENSIONAL MUNTINS
 ON EACH PANEL.
 4. THE GLASS ON THE DOORS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS OR
 CLEAR GLASS WITH LOW-E.
 5. THE REAR DOOR SHALL HAVE EXTERNAL DIMENSIONAL (OGEE,
 PYRAMID, OR RAISED) MUNTINS.
