 1. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - A SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED INDICATING THE LOCATION OF EACH OF THE SIGNS.
 THE SITE PLAN SHALL CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH SIGNS ARE
 GOING IN EACH LOCATION. THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE
 LOCATION OF THE SIGN AND SETBACKS TO NEARBY PROPERTY
 LINES (IF APPLICABLE).
  
 1.1 [ NEW COMMENT ] - THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE
 SETBACKS TO NEARBY PROPERTY LINES. YOUR COMMENT
 RESPONSE LETTER INDICATES THAT THIS IS ONLY REQUIRED
 FOR THE MONUMENT ID SIGN, WHICH IS INCORRECT. THE
 CITY'S ZLDRS PROVIDE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR PARKING
 AREA IDENTIFICATION SIGNS, ETC.
  
 2. [ PARTIALLY SATISFIED ] - PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO.
 140-14, SMALL PEDESTRIAN-SCALE SIGNAGE SHALL BE PLACED
 AT THE NORTH AND SOUTH ENDS OF THE PUBLIC WALKWAY, IN
 CLOSE PROXIMITY TO SOUTH FLAGLER DRIVE, IDENTIFYING THE
 WALKWAY AS BEING OPEN FOR USE BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS
 WELL AS THE HOURS WITH WHICH IT IS OPEN (MINIMUM 5:00AM
 TO 10:00PM). NO INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED FOR THE
 INSTALLATION OF THESE SIGNS.
  
 2.1 [ NEW COMMENT ] - PURSUANT TO RES. 104-14, THE SIGN
 SHALL INDICATE THAT IT IS OPEN FOR USE BY THE GENERAL
 PUBLIC.
  
 3. [ NEW COMMENT ] - THERE IS CONCERN REGARDING THE
 PLACEMENT OF SIGN S-03 AND IT BEING IN THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE FOR TRAFFIC EXITING THE SERVICE DRIVE.
  
 4. [ NEW COMMENT ] - FOR SIGN S-17A, THE SIGN SHOULD BE
 PUSHED NORTH SLIGHTLY SO THAT IT IS CLOSER TO THE CURB.
 THIS WILL MAKE IT SUCH THAT IT IS EASIER TO BE SEEN BY
 THOSE ON THE PROMENADE. IF IT WERE IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT
 TO THE PROMENADE, IT IS LIKELY THAT PEOPLE WOULD WALK
 RIGHT PAST IT WITHOUT SEEING WHAT IT SAYS.
  
 5. [ NEW COMMENT ] - FOR SIGN S-17F, THIS SIGN LOCATION
 DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. THIS LOCATION IS PART OF THE
 PUBLIC PROMENADE AND SHOULDN'T BE IDENTIFIED AS BEING
 PRIVATE.
  
 6. [ NEW COMMENT ] - FOR SIGN S-17C, THE SIGN SHOULD BE
 PUSHED WEST SLIGHTLY SO THAT IT IS CLOSER TO THE CURB.
 THIS WILL MAKE IT SUCH THAT IT IS EASIER TO BE SEEN BY
 THOSE ON THE PROMENADE. IF IT WERE IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT
 TO THE PROMENADE, IT IS LIKELY THAT PEOPLE WOULD WALK
