 STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:
 DESIGN LOADS
 WIND REQUIREMENTS
 FOUNDATION
 ANCHORING OF THE COLUMNS TO THE FOUNDATION
 MECHANISMS ON TOP OF THE TOWERS, HOW ARE THEY ANCHORED
 TO THE COLUMNS FOR HIGH WIND EVENTS
 WILL THERE BE SOME TYPE OF MESH/ SCREEN AS IN A DRIVING
 RANGE, IF SO AT WHAT HEIGHT IS THE MESH AND AT WHAT
 HEIGHT IS THE POLE AS THEY ATTACH TO
 WILL THE SCREEN MESH HAVE TO BE DROPPED IN A HIGH WIND
 EVENT
  
 2) SINCE THE SCOPE OF WORK WILL DEAL WITH ELEMENTS THAT
 COULD BE OVERTURNED IN A HIGH WIND EVENT THE PLANS AND
 CALCULATIONS WOULD NEED TO BE DESIGNED BY A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
 107.1 GENERAL. . THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PREPARED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL WHERE
 REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471, FLORIDA STATUTES & 61G15
 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OR CHAPTER 481, FLORIDA
 STATUTES & 61G1 FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. WHERE
 SPECIAL CONDITIONS EXIST, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL IS
 AUTHORIZED TO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 TO BE PREPARED BY A REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL.
 ELECTRONIC MEDIA DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WHEN
 REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, AND MAY REQUIRE ONLY
 ONE SET OF SUBMITTALS.
  
 3) NO TRANSMITTAL LETTER WHERE UPDATES TO THE PLANS
 WERE MADE. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
