 SCANNED, FACSIMILE, DIGITALLY CREATED OR COPIED IMAGE
 OF THE LICENSEE?S SIGNATURE SHALL NOT BE USED ON
 DIGITALLY SIGNED AND SEALED ENGINEERING PLANS,

 2A) 2017 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
  
 2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 3. WIND EXPOSURE.
 APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE THAN ONE WIND
 EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2. HEIGHT AND
 EXPOSURE. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1.
  
 4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 5. DESIGN WIND PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED
 BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.
  
 6. TABLE 1609.7(2) ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOR HEIGHT &
 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE
 BUILDING.. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1. 1609.3.1 WIND SPEED
 CONVERSION VULT TO VASD.
  
 2B) RIGID AWNING. PERMANENT OR NON-REMOVABLE FABRIC.
 FBC-B 3105.4.2.2. THE WIND DESIGN LOADS FOR ANY FABRIC
 OR MEMBRANE COVERED STRUCTURE DESIGNED WITH A PERMANENT
 OR NON-REMOVABLE FABRIC OR MEMBRANE, SHALL BE BASED ON
 THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
 1) MINIMUM WIND SPEED VELOCITY AS REQUIRED IN CHAPTER
 16 USING FIGURE 1609.3(3) 150 VULT, CATEGORY 1
 BUILDINGS.
 2) EXPOSURES B, C, OR D AS DEFINED IN CHAPTER 16.
 3) IF POST OR VERTICAL PIPE SHOW ANCHORING OF THE BASE,
 TO RESIST THE MOMENT OF OVER TURNING.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
